I think I'l turn this into a Hobby, I'll some other Noble or renown clans with the ninja world, though they obviously won't have the Internal structure parts unless it's stated, since I don't control them. I'm thinking of doing the Sarutobi Clan next.

As an addition, while Water may act as a conductor, it tends to spread electricity across it's surface rather than through it's depths.

Yes, but I was trying to speak in the broader spectrum of combat. If your at surface level, it does dance across the top. But if your fully submerged in water, it spurts out almost omnidirectional.

As in, the genjustu was dispelled before being casted again. But before it was, a few details came to light that weren’t previously there. Like that thousands of swirling cards he had in there air were only 48, and a voice murmuring, but it’s source was unknown before the genjustu was casted yet again.
