While reforming it only costs little chakra, all the movement it's doing burns up the chakra that's keeping it running, and it's not like 40% of Kai's chakra is gonna keep something that big chugging along for several hours or anything. With the Ice Serpent, you're essentially dealing with 2 different chakra pools.

The Chakra inside Kai & The Chakra inside the Serpent. Don't get psyched out by the 'low chakra cost' from Kai, because most of the chakra is coming from what's in the Ice serpent. The real question you want to ask is how much of Kai's chakra is left inside that thing.

If it collapsed after a couple moves...well, it really wouldn't be worth all the chakra right?

In fact, Raiku's Sharingan should be able to tell exactly how much chakra is in the Ice Serpent, so he'd be able to see that the overall amount of chakra within it would be decreasing every time it gets blown up, or performs an attack.

There are a lot of techniques like that, mostly within Earth Style. Techniques that create something that will reform even after being destroyed. It simply has to be destroyed enough times, or you need to wait for the chakra inside it to run out.

And funny, considering the entire pre planned Tsuki get together. Speaking of, this is the second time they are meeting, Tsuki and Taiyo. They became great friends in the chunnin exams invasion, I wonder why they haven’t exchanged dialogue or acknowledged each other yet

Well when an ass-cicle is existing and Sagiso is being herself, life gets complicated. Tsuki is still owed a bear hug lol.

It's a love-hate relationship. She's not the only one who got hospitalized and a pretty sure Kai's more than a little touchy about her orchestrating the whole brainwashing event and stealing Kiro from him xD

Yeah...after all the Yuki stormed right in as a whole and forced Kai out of the situation with the cost of some influence on the leaf’s part. But he blames the snake Orochimaru more than Sagiso over the stealing Kiro.

...where’s the love part at? Lol
