Lmao, that's the research after I took out some things and simplified everything to make it easier to understand. I used the Wiki article as the base and then snipped out the sections which weren't necessary, and replaced a word here and there.

This is only the first part of Sagiso's research which is the Meridian system.

There are other parts which are the three major energies Qi, Shen & Jing, The Dantian (which is similar to a central core for storing energy, you can imagine it as the core Katsuo visualizes when he trains), Neidan/Internal Energy Culitvation, and a bunch more stuff.

Those are for separate posts though. They introduce new factors and new problems which I'll deal with at another time. The Six issues Sagiso brought up are things I already have solutions for, but I'd like to keep the number of problems at a reasonable level lol.

Of course, from earlier you'll see that the Traditional Chinese Methods of Jing > Qi > Shen, don't line up with Naruto's Lore of Spiritual + Physical > Chakra or Shen + Jing > Qi
