basically we made a document for the rules, talked about how far this rp has come, and I let everyone make one recurring villain each

Pokemon team: Veon(Eevee)
Appearance: Medium pink hair with a white trim, sylveon bows with two ribbons each on the neck and on his left side of the side of his forehead, unnaturally large, baby blue eyes, sylveon ears/tail, about 5'10

Name: His name is Declan Cohen.
Species: Human (Past); Druddigon | Cave Pokémon (Present)
Gender: Male
Age: He is roughly 26 Years old, though his physical Pokémon body appears to question that however.
Height: 2'3" | 68.58 cm
Weight: 28.4 lbs | 5.76 kg
Appearance: Declan appears to be a younger Druddigon upon closer inspection with his appearance. His body is noticeably smoother in contrast to the rough texture that a Druddigon normally has. He has a somewhat muscular build and paler skin tone than usual. The red spikes on his body are tinier and blunt, while also having fewer in number compared to the average Druddigon. The claws on his hands and feet are noticeably smaller, as their sharpness could surely use an improvement for his juvenile body. He is usually seen wearing a small, midnight black cape with the insignia of a pink R on the center area.
Personality: A grunt had described Declan to be one that keeps to himself when it comes to work. He rarely sets aside social time in his agenda. He usually does his work as quickly as he can, sometimes taking it too far to the point where he might take more time than if he had just done it the normal way. As a result of his infantile mind emerging due to the unknown overdose from the syringe, he may exhibit unusual behavior from time to time.
Past: Declan formerly worked as a doctor at a Pokémon Center in Lumiose City. Times were slow and easy for the man, as it was just treating any Pokémon that the machine could not heal, or if the healing device had an occasional jam. Declan had enjoyed helping out the sick and injured, as the weeks soon went by fast when the Center started to become busier in the seasoned periods of time. However, with the recent salary cut, Declan knew that it would be impossible to keep a room to sleep for the night. The Pokémon Center was slower than usual soon after, which soon resulted in him accepting a woman's invitation to Team Rocket after the two stumbled upon each other in a dark alley on a lighter night. Declan had to keep his membership only known to himself and the members of the organization. He would set aside the spare, unchecked closet space in his hotel room for anything related to his assigned and independent experiments he would soon work on. A few days later, Declan attended a Team Rocket meeting in an alley at around midnight. A huge feud erupted over the grunts and other members when the man refused to divulge vital information related to his experiments. Before the man could run off, he was paralyzed by a large patch of strange spores, and injected with a mysterious syringe filled to the brim! Several hours later, he soon found himself alone in the alley as an unusual life form! Panic, dismay and unhappiness quickly spread in his body! He swiftly returned back to the hotel undetected, utilized his claws to reach the doorknob and used the key card to get into his room! He decided to hide inside the room for the night and prepare for his next assignment after enduring his harsh punishment, along with a lengthy session of tears and pain.
Love Relations: He does not have any love relations, though this always subject to change in the RP.
Other: He is often seen carrying a small, metallic briefcase filled with shady goods. The briefcase's frontal side can be carefully unfolded to reveal a compact clipboard and pencil.

I do believe that villain thing is optional. From what I read, each user can have one villain character, but it didn't say it was mandatory or anything.

Hmm, my bios are quite long, but I'll get them once I am finished with dinner since copying and pasting is hard with a phone here.
I can deal with long Docs -_- trust me I can deal. Just don't make a bio over 50 pages long. Anyway, I'm going to bed now. 'night
Just gonna jot this down here, I'll work out the more minor details in the morning. I'll probably merge the two bios I had for Reuben, too.
Name: Dmitri
Gender: Male
Species: Bisharp Pokehuman
Ability: Inner Focus
Pokemon: Pawniard, Weavile, Skarmory
Appearance: A man in his late 30s to early 40s. He's taller than average with neatly kept black hair, brown eyes, and pale skin. The human parts appear skinnier than usual, yet his left hand takes the appearance of that of a Bisharps, as well as the red shoulder plate and steel that eventually ends around his breast. His left leg recieved similar treatment, becoming that of a Bisharp's as well and ends around his thigh.
Not much of his leg or where his steel arm ends is visible, however, as he wears fairly standard Team Rocket clothing with the exception of his left sleeve being cut off to make way for his new arm and not having a left boot in favor of leaving the leg without anything covering it. When going out in public, he instead dresses in long black pants, along with a black, short-sleeved shirt with a white sleeve on his right arm.
History: A team rocket admin that helped lead the experiments related to the new serum. While supervising some of the experiments, however, a grunt he was instructing turned on him and injected him with some of the serum. Dmitri was quickly able to get the grunt off of him, yet not before a bit of the serum had been injected into himself. There was a new test subject that day, but Dmitri wasn't it.
Dmitri has since begun working on tracking down and taking in some of the new Pokehumans himself, because apparently nobody else can do the job correctly.
Personality: Cold, unfeeling, and never shows much emotion or enthusiasm. He speaks in a quiet, slightly irritated tone, never raising his voice much except for anger.
And now I sleep, realizing that I accidentally wrote down everything.

I am going to work on my post with roger, but before that i need that at least someone would reply to taillow or fluff, if not they might get stuck.
