I like Hau if we're choosing these three. Hau was the one the dex holder fought. Not Gladion or Lillie.
Most likely Gladion since his Silvally would need admin permissions.
Hau would have the clout to be Master Tier, in Ultra Sun and Moon where you become the first champion Hau's the one who shows up right after and becomes the first challenger for your seat as champion.

Does anyone plan to be in Kalos in around...two weeks? and will have time to do some posts? I wouldn't mind a few traveling partners while touring the region.

My character is a cabbie and yours doesn’t seem to have a flier, so it might be convenient for our guys to get together to move to the wild area
I like that idea; Brian would certainly try to talk with your character to make the cab ride more pleasant and interesting.
@kyuukestu I was thinking Carbink to be a Released Pokémon, and it know two TRs to make catching harder.
I find it hard to believe someone would spend money on teaching a Carbink two TRs then release it into the wild. I'm not entirely against it but I'd stick to Move Tutor moves or egg moves; though Carbink has none of the latter.

Physical Appearance: Tall yet unoticable. Short brown or black haired with a bit of a beard. He wears clothes with mostly torn parts to them and a small cape. His back and chest are covered in slashed cuts and a large scar goes through his face diagonally. He wears a belt with various tools at his disposal with his Poke Balls too attached.
Clothing: Torn clothes and a cape.
Personality: Yet to be revealed but he very much considers himself to be a lone wolf and only speaks when noticed. He likes to get a job done with little hastle and will often employ extreme means from time to time if something is being a nusiance. Edgy.
Backstory: Not much is known about Ace's early history. He was originally known as Edgar Egerton, born to a happy family of two parents. It's theorized he was born in either the Kanto or Johto regions but this may not be true. Information about his early life is sparce. But some journalists have dug up that his parents were struck down either in a car crash or some horrible violent gang activity. Afterwards, it was reported that a mysterious masked person called 'the Inquisitor' threatened the teenager and blackmailed him somehow to work for him. Whatever happened, Edgar moved on using the nickname they called him 'Ace' to diffrentiate him from his previous life and to get away from what had happened. He didn't go so far, as the gang who were responsible caught up to him. But the Inquisitor's goons were able to find him still. They brought him back to the house he grew up in and made him sign a contract for some reason to work for the Inquisitor. Ace became a 'mercenary', a force for hire, a bounty hunter, a hired hand, whatever you want to call it. He did jobs for other people, sometimes too cowardly to do themselves, many which would involve death. It wasn't something Ace liked but he recieved a lot of money out of it and this was all from the advice of the Inquisitor. The Inquisitor sent large tips of money in mysterious letters when Ace agreed to do jobs for him. The media is still learning of the true extent of what Ace has done and has caught on to around 85% of this. At some point, Ace entered the Johto League and somehow managed to gather all eight badges but this may have been achieved later after his more recent successes. That give him a bit more of an edge compared to some in battling but his experience was mainly from battling in extreme circumstances, which many other people weren't prepared for.
Ace wasn't exactly known for this as he would never really reveal his name and went about mysteriously. What he was known for was his participation in a tournament that was quite prestigeous as it featured many competitive battlers and talented trainers. This was the 'Pokemon Battle Royale and Grand Battle Tournament Year One'. Located at the beating heart of the Westono Region is Tarius City is a tournament that invites many people from different places across the Pokemon world. It has been going on for several centuries but recently changed its format to accomodate for more people and the big buisnessmen who attempted to change the format slightly with their new technology. He entered this tournament with very little experience of battling but was promised millions if he gathered information on and captured one of the contestants, which was to be revealed by the Inquisitor later. However, this never really came to fruition as Ace revealed himself to the world as a talented battler and hence it was assumed by Ace the Inquisitor lost interest in him. There were a number of revelations about mysterious figures in the tournament which could have tied back to the Inquisitor which Ace was keen to investigate and did so with a large cast of characters from the tournament itself which developed over the rounds. In this tournament, many well known and powerful trainers from across the globe battled. Going by 'Ace the Mercenary', he entered with initially his Scyther in the 1 vs 1 rounds. Ace easily defeated fisherman Wesley and his Arrokuda. In the next round, he defeated with ease Sara and her Gothita. Ace shocked the world when he defeated a certain powerful figure from Kalos. There was another shock victory as Ace defeated Walda, the neice of Wallace. In the next round, he faced 'the Mysterious Masked Man' with his Houndoom in a best of three, a force to be reconed with in the competition and Ace's own theorized identity for 'the Inquisitor'. He never revealled if he was the Inquisitor but Ace abandoned the theory afterwards. In a dramatic Semifinal battle, Ace was defeated by soon to be future Westono tournament winner Guitarist Eddy featuring his Electivire. Eddy defeated him 2-1 in best of three 5 on 5 battles but Ace soon found himself in the Bronze match against Dino enthusiast Rex, one of his rivals, whilst Eddy battled another one of his rivals, the Veteran Ace Trainer Holden and his Dragapult (Who was tiped to win). Ace clawed back and managed to thrash Rex 2-0 in a 6 on 6 battle which saw Rex's titan, Tyrantrum go down to defeat. Ace congratulated Eddy on his victory against the favourite, Holden.
Eyes were on Ace that day. People expected him to fail and fall in the 1 or 2nd round, but he came third in the Westono tournament, proving himself to be a competent battler. He attempted to battle in smaller tournaments and didn't do so well in the proceeding year but kept his head down so that people wouldn't recognize him. He made a major mistake revealing himself during the Westono tournament as the publicity affected him as well as some gangs attacking him, which he fought off. He kept his head down from the media and fled the Westono region, where he was contacted by the Inquisitor for the first time since before the tournament. The Inquisitor apparently spoke about what happened to him, then immediately created a number of hits and jobs on a list for Ace to do. Ace travelled to the Kanto and Johto regions again, as these were where most of the jobs were located, in addition to Unova and Kalos and Hoenn and Galar. Ace tragically had his Pawniard stolen by a gang member during a job and he has been looking for it ever since.

A region that blends together the cultures of real life western countries but mostly Canada for its colder climate. The far north of Westono is therefore large and vast and very icy and cold. Tarius City was one of the first cities to be built in the Pokemon World and has one of the largest populations as a result. The stadium in Tarius is massive and models itself on the Glarian stadiums. The influence in Westono is mainly from the Kalos, Galar, Unova and Alola regions. Politically, Westono has had many corrupt politicians, particularly the mayor of Tarius has been a corrupt position, as the big buisnesses use their wealth for power. Westono has often sided with the western regions of Kalos, Galar, Unova and Alola in political crisises against the more oriental Kanto, Johto, Hoenn and Sinnoh regions, to much negativity.
