I'm going to need to join a group for the 4 men team.
Lilypad Town — Tag-Battle Competition
The Lilypad Tag-Battle Competition, held at the Lilypad Coliseum, is an battle-based tournament event that requires teams of four. The tournament allows teams to field three people for each battle with the fourth sitting on the bench. Teams will have to rotate between members to manage their energy and fatigue across a series of consecutive battles. Each trainer will be allowed one pokemon and teams can rotate trainers between each battle.

Encrusted Challenge
So you're a hot-shot trainer, huh? Think you've got what it takes to be the very best? A legend in the making?
Prove it.
Encrusted Badges
The Gym Leaders across the regions are all at minimum, Master Rank trainers with years of experience and Pokemon befitting their status as some of the best trainers in their respective regions.
Gym Leaders don't have time to waste on every trainer with big balls and an even bigger ego, so the vast majority of trainers challenge the more manageable gym aides, less experienced trainers who are still qualified enough to test newbies like you.
But, if you think you've got what it takes, if you think the gym aides aren't good enough to test the likes of your distinguished self, then you can put your money where your mouth is; for a small fee of $1,000, the Gym Leader will personally deliver an ass-whooping you'll never forget.
The challenge fee is non-refundable; but, if you somehow eke out a win, you'll be rewarded with quintuple the amount you've spent and a covet Technical Record. A fair deal, no?
~~Subject to Change~~
Cost: $1,000
Reward: $5,000 + Technical Record Or Move Tutor Move
Alternate Reward: Pokemon Egg (Pokemon on Gym Leader's Team; can have Hidden Abilities & Egg Moves)
Encrusted Ribbon
The Encrusted Ribbon is only for the best and most exemplar of Coordinators. Although all of the top three Coordinators will earn themselves a contest ribbon, only the victor, rank one, will earn an Encrusted Ribbon.
~~Subject to Change~~
Reward: $10,000 + Ball Capsules & Seals
Alternate Reward: Egg Move Tutor
They're also extremely difficult to obtain and have a cost attached to each attempt. The prize for encrusted badges was raised.

I would also suggest maybe adding Pokémon the aides might have.
For newbies you'd probably get the pre-evolved versions, so Roark will have a Larvitar or something as opposed to a lvl 10 Tyranitar.Wait is that like their general team? Or do they have smaller versions for newbies?
That's correct.Gym leaders are going by Origin rules and scales to your level right?
Looks Great! Glad to have you, been a hot minute since I've seen you around~Name: Montagne "Monty" Khastil
Gender: Male
Age: 19
Trainer Class: Battler
Physical Appearance: Monty is 6 feet (and a quarter inch) tall and weighs about 185 pounds with a fairly lean but strong build. He has pale white skin and short, loosely-curled brown hair that he keeps tightly faded until the curls can just barely spill over the sides of his head. Monty's eyes are a striking steely-grey, and if they aren't lit up from the excitement of a fight they're set in an intimidating scowl. He's clean shaven, save for a short brown mustache that hardly ventures past the corners of his mouth and separates in the middle. Monty's hands betray a long history of fights and manual labor, with rough callouses on the palms and thick scars from countless split knuckles and broken fingers. A thin scar trails from just behind the lobe of his left ear to the left corner of his jaw before snaking halfway along his jawline at a slight downward slope.
Clothing: Monty regularly wears dark navy jeans tucked into his sturdy leather combat boots and a black belt on his bottom half, with a dark grey pea coat covering an open grey button-down and white undershirt on his upper half. He usually wears a grey flat cap that matches his pea coat, and his other accessories include a black wool scarf, black wool gloves, a pair of very small silver hoop earrings on his left ear, and a heavy black leather backpack.
Personality: Monty is aggressive, assertive, and supremely self-confident. He's the first to speak his mind in any situation and the first to throw a punch if speaking his mind didn't work, and he always prefers that outcome. When Monty speaks his voice carries an authoritative tone, as though every word demands respect from an inferior, and a slight Kalosian accent can be detected behind each syllable. He trusts his own instincts above anything else, and has an incredibly hard time trusting anything or anyone else.
Backstory: Monty was born in one of Lumiose City's poorer inner districts to an apathetic mother, an absent father, and a protective older brother named Dahlin. From the moment he could walk Monty was by his older brother's side, and the pair were nigh-inseparable as they navigated life in the unforgiving Lumiose ghetto. By the time Monty was seven years old he was accompanying Dahlin, then ten years old, back and forth delivering messages between safe houses run by a local millieu called the "Old Guard". Monty would occasionally be sent on errands of his own, until by the time the Darkest Days hit Monty and Dahlin were considered useful enough to the organization that they were taken in for protection. Their mother wasn't so lucky, and Monty never again saw her after he and Dahlin were ushered inside of the most well protected Old Guard safehouses whilst countless Pokemon rampaged in the streets.
After the Darkest Days were officially resolved, Monty and Dahlin were worked hard to make up for the drain on Old Guard resources that kept them alive through the catastrophe. After another three years of running messages and small packages between safehouses and to different beaux voyous around the city, Monty's duties were expanded and his contact with Dahlin was dramatically decreased until the brothers were lucky if they saw each other once a week. By the time he was fifteen Monty's unofficial title changed from errand boy to extortionist, and it was his duty to collect on several of the protection payments owed by local establishments and families. The job suited Monty well, and he enjoyed ordering folks to pay up and laying them out when they refused. Dahlin didn't share Monty's enthusiasm, however, and the elder brother used the United League as an opportunity to escape the criminal life style.
Monty admired his brother for his decision, even if he was given hell for it by their superiors. The boy was made to compensate for his brother's absence, and he was given slews of additional responsibilities on top of his extorsion racket. By the time he reached nineteen years old Monty had been imprisoned twice, once for illegal goods trafficking and once for assault on an officer, but those hardly scratched the surface of Monty's criminal history. It was only after Monty was released from prison the second time that he was trusted with involvement in the Old Guard's most lucrative criminal enterprise: Pokemon trafficking.
At first Monty was all-in on his newest assignment, but it was easy to go through with when he was only driving the trucks back and forth without actually seeing what was being loaded in and out. It was even easy enough when he could still convince himself that caged Pokemon he was personally loading and unloading into the trucks were nothing but the bloodthirsty killers they'd been reduced to during the Darkest Days. After a while though, Monty was confronted with the reality of what the Old Guard was doing, and it all started with a sickly little puppy.
One night while unloading a new shipment from the truck Monty locked eyes with one of the myriad of caged creatures. The little puppy was a pitiful sight, with its ribs clearly visible under its dull black and orange coat and the bone-like growths on its back, face, and ankles colored a dull off-white. It barely lifted its head in acknowledgement when Monty knelt down to get a closer look, but the emotion in its eyes was unmistakable. A seething hatred for the very world around it burned from the depths of the puppy Pokemon's soul, and beyond that lay a pride wounded by its cramped conditions and cruel treatment. Something within Monty connected with the poor creature and in that moment he knew he had to escape the Old Guard and the lifestyle he had led until that point with this little Pokemon by his side.
It took Monty a couple days to arrange everything but he was able to secure lodging and transport of his essential belongings to Coumarine City without the Old Guard catching wind of his scheme. The last thing Monty did was steal the Pokemon (cage and all to prevent being incapacitated by the sync-bond), and they spent the next couple of weeks hiding out in Coumarine while they waited for the next United League to start.

Correct, you can do it inside RP or out of RP. Once we've got teams I'll randomize them into a tournament bracket and we'll play it out. With the number of people we have currently there should be two team fights. So we'll need to complete those two fights within the next week or so.Do we just ask people if they wanna join your group?
