well the rl people I have invited are in or declined for now. Now if Cassie's friends from Grave of the Forgotten decide to come try to rescue her then I will not be surprised

Alright. I've been interested for a while now, I figured that it was too late. Guess I should've asked, since I was wrong. So, here is my character, and his Pokemon.
Name: Gerald Aster
Age: 19
Appearance: 5"9, Gerald's hair is a deep red, which makes him noticeable in a crowd, if he isn't wearing a hat to cover it. Said hair is also in need of a cut, being a little too long for his liking. His eyes are a darker shade of brown. On the opposite side of the color spectrum, his skin is much brighter, if not a tad tan. There's a noticeable divot in his upper right arm, which he'd rather not talk about.
Clothing: Gerald's a bit of a fashion disaster. Especially for a Kalos native.
His (current) hat is a black knit beanie he picked up at a boutique in Snowbelle city: he had an older, more meaningful hat, but alas it was lost to the gullet of a Noivern. So he had to improvise.
He has a ratty jean jacket overcoat which is stained by the elements and his own blood and sweat. Under it is a plain, white t-shirt, which is surprisingly clean. His choice of pants are grey jeans, which have a belt running across them. Said belt has a side bag which functions as his storage. It also usually possesses his six Pokeballs, but for the time being, only has one on display. Finally, he's wearing a pair of hiking boots, not too old, but definetely not new. Their soles are coated in mud.

Moveset: Will-O-Wisp, Dazzling Gleam, Mystical Fire, Psychic

Also, Burble, how are we going to go about Cassie and Gerald's interactions? Would they be closely acquainted/friends? Because I think they'd be quite familiar with each other.
Actually PentheWonderful, I feel I need to apologize. Reading your response to my own in the story I realized that I may have taken some liberties with your character, thereby forcing your hand somewhat. I hope this wasn't the case though.
No, no, not at all. I happened to like how assertive Salem was about sitting at Cassie's table. It's very clever. Without Ajax there, she would've undoubtedly left before he got back. Cassie's just a little grumpy is all. XD But I feel this is good for her.
That's exactly what I suspected and had been thinking about how to handle that. I was tempted to just have Salem plop down as soon as he got to her table, preventing a similar disappearance as happened in the lobby, but I couldn't have him not give in to his appetite.
Also, I don't intend to Meta and have Salem somehow see her troubles or recognize her pain or anything like that. I just figured he'd know smiles and maybe intuitively noticed there was something not quite right or true about hers without knowing what exactly.

Well I did just allow another player. So I am ok if you want to post a bio. From the looks of it the first day is getting ready to wrap up so you may want to get in soon.
So consensus from my players for the first day. I have retired most of the npc trainers for the night, but I know we are getting ready to have two new pcs additions. Do you want me to hold off on fleshing out more Npc trainers until the second day or go ahead and make one or two more for further interaction. I just don't want to overwhelm everyone with named npcs, but personally as an ST I can keep up with a lot. I have had to run an entire x-men team before. Mostly though I do want my players to be happy and have fun. As ST that is my main goal.
I was gonna post pretty much what these two said. Good job Chrocey.
You can always make them seen but not interacted with yet. Lay a foundation for a later introduction. Personally I welcome lots of characters though I am planning to retire Salem for the night soon.
Oh and to clarify for those who don't table top rp in my earlier post. ST = storyteller PC = player character and NPC = non player character basically everyone I control.

Appearance: Damian is 5'7, has short white hair, a scar on his left cheek, and dark brown eyes. Damian's skin has a little darker tone to it from spending a majority of his time outside. Carries himself confidently with a somewhat stoic posture however his build is more slender/athletic than large.
Clothing: Wears a gray long sleeve shirt with three buttons near the clavicle however Damian only buttons the first two. An aged necklace with a wooden carving of a sword attached by its "hilt" hangs from his neck. He wears blue jeans and an old looking backpack that normally holds his traveling items. Finally he wears standard running shoes fit for a trainer on a journey and a solid silver ring with no distinguishable markings.
Pokemon: Lucario (Noticeable features are a black sash tied around Lucario's right arm)
Moveset: Force Palm, Aura Sphere, Extreme Speed, Bone Rush

I think you should do it on the next day, since it'll provide you more writing material, and since everyone is probablt going to turn in anyway.
Though, here's a window of opportunity for you, Cassie doesn't really sleep. She's an insomniac and will wander the resort for a few hours before trying to get some shut eye. If you want to flesh out one or two of your NPCs, we can have them interact.

Floyd probably isn't gonna get any sleep tonight. The nerves are gonna get to him. Maybe this will be a good opportunity for our characters to interact? It's up to you. I know you we're talking to Astral but I'm just thinking of ways for Floyd to meet people.
