"Yeah," Harry replied with a smile. He healed his Pokemon and heard someone whisper out to him. "Hey, I got this super rare and powerful Pokemon for only 500 PokeDollars!" the man whispered to him. "Show me the Pokeball," Harry said knowing the guy is lying. "OK, here it is," the man said. Harry took out his Pokedex that he upgraded himself and scanned the Pokeball. The Pokemon inside the Pokeball was a level 19 Magikarp. "What a fool this guy is," Harry thought. "Yeah I'll buy this super strong Pokemon and then beat the Pokemon League with it!" he exclaimed pretending to be enthusiastic. "Here I'll even throw in this weird blue candy," the seller said while exchanging the Rare Candy and Magikarp for 500 PokeDollars. "Go! My new Pokemon! Eat this!" Harry said. The Magikarp came out of the Pokeball and splashed around very happily. It ate the rare candy and began glowing. After the flashes of light ended there was a Gyarados in the room. "How about I name you... Draqua," the trainer suggested. The Gyarados gave a happy roar and let Harry hug him. "What! The candy evolves you into a Gyarados! No please come back to me!" the seller begged. Draqua used his tail and threw the seller out of the Pokemon Center. "You're an awesome Pokemon, but can you return please?," Harry asked his Pokemon politely. Draqua made another happy roar at its trainer and returned to his Pokeball. Harry went on his way to Honurk City and trained Stella and Draqua more than his other Pokemon. Draqua quickly grew to become a reliable and strong Pokemon and Stella began nearing evolution. Up ahead, Harry saw Hysan and Raina walking to Honurk City, as well. "Hey guys!" Harry shouted while jogging up to his friends.

Soren looked at his watch. It was 6:00 PM. He still had time to go to Geo Town, but he'd rather wait for his friends to come, do their business, and then go to Geo Town with them. While he waited, he combed Arcanine's fur, read a chapter of a comic book, and played on a Game Boy.
He heard his phone ring in his pocket, and he answered it. It was his mom. They talked for five minutes, and then he hung up. "Well, this was a pretty uneventful day, if I do say so myself." said Soren. He asked himself questions like 'Why does Angel have her hair covering her left eye?' and 'I wonder what this black mark on my face is all about...'

OOC: Sorry if this sounds stupid, but who is Mike? Also, isn't rock smash TM 26? Just asking so we have numbers lol.

Hysan saw Raina and Harry catching up to him to walk to Honurk City. Hysan decided to run ahead, because he heard you could get a TM 26 Rock Smash. When he arrived in Honurk City, he healed his Pokemon, and went to the Tower. He battled a lot of trainers. The final trainer was defeated with Charmeleon. "Charmeleon, you're glowing!" Hysan yelled as Charmeleon evolved into Charizard. "Hmmm, I'll forget Flame Burst for Wing Attack!" Hysan said brightly as Charizard learned Wing Attack. He grabbed a TM for Rock Smash. He left to the Pokemon Center and healed his Pokemon, and he went and found Soren sitting on a bench, playing his Game Boy. "Hey, Soren, look what I got!"

Soren nearly dropped his Game Boy when he saw Charizard. "Wow! You evolved your Charmeleon? That's nice, man! I've done a lot of grinding in the tower with Litwick, and it still hasn't evolved..." replied Soren, "Anywho, you should try one of the Miltank Burgers in the Café. They're really good.". His Game Boy was starting to slowly die, so he grabbed 4 batteries and put them in it. He said "Next stop is Geo Town."

Soren complimented Hysan on his Charizard. "Thanks. Also, considering the Miltank Burgers, I don't really eat burgers, so you can call me whatever. Geo Stone town. Next gym? I know there's a fighting type gym in the region. Is it here?" Hysan was itching to battle gyms now.

Raina caught up to them, panting as she did so.
"I'm not sure. Also, they habe things other than Miltank burgers," Raina added, sitting down and chugging a fresh water.

"Also, daammmn. That Charizard tho. I wish my starter could evolve. But he's lazy and just sleeps in my bag," she complimented.

Soren replied "Oh, you don't eat burgers? That's fine, I liked the flavour of it though. Also, It's just called Geo Town." He pulled out his Town Map. "I marked where all the citys with gyms are. This is one of them." replied Soren. He gave Litwick a rare candy.

"It seems like all we do is battle a gym, go through a filler town, and then battle another gym. By this rate, we won't get to the league 'till the end of Winter!" Raina said, still drinking water.

Luke stumbled over a few loose stones, but Aurus quickly ran over to help him up. Luke looked around to see where Caesar and Ursa were. Ursa had started digging into one of the hills, but Caesar was sneaking around a hill.
What are you doing Caesar? Luke wondered. He jogged over to Ursa, picked her up, then tip-toed to Caesar's side.
"What's going on C?" Luke whispered.
"Fer," Caesar responded, pointing around the hill. Luke saw what he was pointing at. A Xatu standing tall atop a hill.
Luke looked at his Pokemon, smiled, and nodded, saying, "Let's do this."
Aurus sprinted towards Xatu, and Xatu whipped around to face him. Aurus flipped over the Xatu, then used Force Palm to knock it down. Aurus began creating an Aura Sphere. But he was struggling. The sphere popped, crackled, then fizzled out. Xatu sprung up and used Psyshock. Aurus shook, and collapsed. Xatu then used Stored Power, and knocked out Aurus.
Caesar was up next. He roared, and rushed towards Xatu on all fours. Xatu's eyes suddenly turned an eerie purple color. It didn't move.
"Uh... okay..." Luke said, "Go ahead Caesar. Do your thing."
Caesar used Fire Punch, followed up by Flame Wheel. Then, Xatu's purple eyes erupted into an explosion of Psychic Energy. It shot through Caesar, instantly rendering him unconscious.
"Future sight," Luke said under his breath, realizing what move Xatu had just used. He looked at Ursa, the defenseless, adorable little Teddiursa, and sighed. He didn't want to risk Ursa. But Ursa stood up on her stubby legs, and hit her little fist against her little chest. She was ready to battle Xatu. She charged at Xatu, and used Fury Swipes. Xatu swatted her away as if she were simply a pesky fly. Ursa began to breathe heavily. Angrily. She roared. Not her typical squeak. A roar. She began to glow a bright white. Luke couldn't believe it. Ursa was evolving. Ursa. The adorable Teddiursa. She would be an Ursaring. The glowing stopped, and Xatu glared at Ursa while Luke cheered. Ursa used Slash, knocking Xatu down. Luke did a quick HP Scan. Xatu had almost no health left. Luke ran out with a Pokeball in his hand. If Xatu could take down Aurus and Caesar single-handedly, Luke wanted him on his team. That was no easy feat. He flung the Pokeball at Xatu, but Xatu swatted it aside.
"You're gonna be a difficult one, aren't you?" Luke sighed. Xatu looked at Luke, and his eyes swirled. In Xatu's left eye, Luke saw himself playing with a Shinx in his home in Sinnoh. In Xatu's right eye, he saw himself climbing a large mountain. He could see Caesar as an Infernape. And... Xatu flying alongside him. Was he seeing the future in Xatu's eyes. Whatever the case, Xatu went over to the Pokeball Luke had thrown, and climbed in. Xatu was one strange Pokemon.

"Anyways, I forgot to battle the gym. I'm gonna go," Raina threw her water away and began walking, but Ink interrupted her.

"Swad!" Ink showed her a badge from Gardenberry.

"Did you steal that? We can't have the cops after us again!" Raina exclaimed.

Ink shook her head and pulled out a crude comic she'd made.
In it, it depicted a green blob (ink), a red blob (Toast), and a blue blob (azuru) walking into the gym and having Toast defeat him.

"Okay. You battled the gym yourself? Is that even legal?" Raina said.

Ink wrote on a piece of paper.
"It's convenient to the plot..." Raina read.
"Fair enough." She shrugged and began walking with her Pokemon, raising happiness for Azuru so she could evolve.

The other trainers didn't hear Harry and continued down the path. He reached Honurk City and went to the Pokemon Center. After healing his Pokemon he decided to go to a Cafe. He bought some coffee to drink later. Harry returned to the Pokemon Center and changed into his hoodie. He started walking down the path to Geo Town and saw a TM shop. "Hey we got all sorts of moves. Fire type moves, water type moves, grass type moves, a lot of different TMs we sell here, yep," the owner said to Harry. "Interesting, how about," he paused for a minute and remembered Angel's Croconaw," TM Thunderbolt."
"That one's gonna cost ya 10 grand," the owner replied. "Eh worth it," Harry said. The owner got the TM and handed it to Harry. Harry proceed to give the owner 10 grand. He left the store and wondered what Pokemon to teach TM Thunderbolt. He decided to teach his Pokemon that move when he really needs it. He returned to the Pokemon Center in case he didn't notice his friends and saw Hysan and Soren sitting in a bench. He sat next to them. "Hey guys. I planned to go to Geo Town and get my next badge, wanna come?" he asked the two of them.

Harry sat down next to Soren and Hysan, and asked them if they would go to Honurk City with him. "Well, actually, I was gonna get going there with my Charizard, so see ya guys." Hysan then got on Charizard and flew off to Geo Town, to get his third gym badge. 'Well, I hope no one challenges my level 33 Pokemon in the sky', Hysan thought nervously.

Harry just blinked at his Charizard, not caring. "That's sort of dumb showing off your Pokemon. If you just do that, people will get Pokemon that have advantages and beat you. Even a strong Pokemon like Charizard can lose to a Poliwhirl. Well since he's going to fly there, I'll just ride there, see you," Harry said before taking off on his Bike. He always had a bike since he left his journey. He just decided to not use it so he can explore more. After leaving Honurk City he saw there were rocks in his way. "Guess it was a good thing I picked up Rock Smash at the Pokemon Center," he mumbled. Harry released Ignis and taught him Rock Smash. After clearing the rocks, Harry returned Ignis and got to a strange bridge with 7 trainers.

Hysan flew over a bridge with 7 trainers, and saw Harry in front of the gym. "Hmmm, maybe I can fight those trainers." Hysan had Charizard descend and returned Mercury about 10 feet above the ground. He somehow didn't break any bones from that fall. Hysan ran up to Harry. "Hey, Harry, you gonnna fight those trainers?"

Xatu, who had been nicknamed Horus by Luke, stood tall, staring into the distance. Aurus groaned as Luke used a Revive on him, then sprayed two Super Potions on him. He rifled through his bag, looking for another Revive for Caesar. He couldn't find one.
"Rin," Ursa said in a smooth, confident voice.
"What is it?" Luke asked. Ursa proudly held up a handful of roots she had found while digging around in the Honurk Hills. Revival Herbs. They were bitter, but did the job. Luke force-fed an herb to Caesar, and Caesar groggily woke up.
"Mon," Caesar grunted. He did not like the taste of the Revival Herb.
"Alright team," Luke said, sitting down and sipping from his Sinnoh Polar Water bottle, "There should be a gym somewhere in these hills. A little town. We just need to find it. Aurus, can you locate a group of Auras?"
"Lu," Aurus nodded, closing his eyes. A blue pulse shot out from Aurus, and rippled through the hills. Aurus turned his head, and pointed to the West. The team started westward. After about an hour of trekking through many hills in the hot sun, Luke could make out a few houses in the valley between hills. Honurk Town.
"Ursaring!" Ursa shouted gleefully. She was ready to get out of the hot sun. Monferno sprinted after her. Horus flew towards Honurk Town. Aurus jogged alongside Luke. Finally, they arrived in the small town. A man in a karategi was flinging bricks towards a Hitmonchan and Conkeldurr. Hitmonchan punched the bricks into dust, while Conkeldurr smashed them with concrete pillars. Hitmonchan looked at Luke and his team. The man turned to face them.
"Who are you?" the man asked.
"Uh, I'm Luke. Luke Branson," Luke introduced himself, "And this is my team. Aurus. Caesar. Ursa. And Horus."
"What brings you to Honurk Town?" the man inquired.
"I'm looking for the Honurk Dojo. I here that the leader, Chan, gives out badges."
"I am Chan," the man said.
"Oh. Great! So, can we have a battle?"
"Hmm..." Chan said. Then, he flung a brick at Luke. Caesar leapt in front of Luke, and smashed through the brick.
"What was that for?" Luke exclaimed.
"A test. You passed. Follow me to the dojo. We will battle there."
Luke followed Chan to a small building that looked like it was ready to fall apart. Chan stood at one end of a battlefield, with Hitmonchan and Conkeldurr in front of him.
"In this dojo, we conduct many types of battles. Today, I'm in the mood for a Double Battle. I've been training with Hitmonchan and Conkeldurr all day. They are ready to put their skills to the test."
"A Double Battle? Alright. We had those in Sinnoh."
"But, you are only allowed to use two Pokemon. No switching. Even if a Pokemon faints. Understood?" Chan stated.
"Understood," Luke nodded.
Chan let out four more Pokemon to let them watch. Throh, Machamp, Hariyama, and Primeape. Luke looked at Aurus, Caesar, Ursa, and Horus, and debated about which two to use. Horus, obviously, would battle. Psychic was super-effective against Fighting. Ursa wouldn't battle. She was weak to Fighting. Luke decided to use Caesar and Horus. Caesar might get in a good Fire-Type attack.
"Are you ready to begin?" Chan asked. Luke nodded. They both bowed to each other.
"Alright Horus, let's start this battle with Future Sight," Luke said, "Caesar, make sure no one touches Horus."
Caesar nodded, and Horus's eyes turned purple. Hitmonchan charged at Horus, but Caesar caught its fist, and flung it to the side. Conkeldurr flung a concrete pillar towards Caesar, and Caesar used Flame Wheel to shred through it. He charged at Conkeldurr and used Mach Punch. Hitmonchan used this opportunity to attack Horus. Hitmonchan ran at Horus, but Horus unleashed his power, blasting Hitmonchan. Hitmonchan immediately fainted.
"Nice job Horus! Charge up Future Sight again!"
Horus nodded, and his eyes turned purple again. But he looked exhausted. The last attack had used a lot of energy. Conkeldurr whacked Caesar in the head with concrete pillar, crippling him. He tried to get back up, but Conkeldurr stomped on his back. Luke cried out in fear of what would happen to Caesar. Conkeldurr trudged towards Horus, concrete pillars dragging along behind him.
"Come on Horus, you can do this," Luke whispered under his breath.
Conkeldurr reached Horus, and raised his concrete pillars above Horus's head. As he began to swing them down, Horus unleashed the attack. It slammed into Conkeldurr, knocking him across the dojo. But the concrete pillars still hit Horus, knocking him out. It was a draw.
Wait...
No...
Caesar got to his feet, shakily.
"Caesar! You're okay!" Luke beamed.
"Monferno," Caesar managed to get out. Then, he collapsed. But that was all Caesar needed to do. Chan walked over, and presented Luke with the Dojo Badge.

Hysan quickly defeated the trainers with Rotom. But, the last trainer, named Jorge, almost defeated him with his Gyrados, his Raticate, and his Venasaur. It came down to Shelgon to beat him. Thankfully, Hysan won and rode Ziggy to the new town. This Linoone was actually a larger size. Hysan saw Luke beating the gym. He complimented Luke and asked the gym leader for a battle. "Sorry, champ. I'll battle you in about an hour." "Oh, OK, sir. I don't mind, I can wait," Hysan said. He healed his Pokemon and went out to train his Pokemon. His Pokemon went all up to level 28-29-30. He waited for the gym leader to be ready.

"Hey Hysan!" Luke called, walking over from the Pokemon Center where he had just healed his Pokemon. Caesar was feeling proud of how the gym battle had ended. Even though Horus did most of the work. Horus was still exhausted, drained of power because of the Future Sight attack. Luke would need to look into why that happened.

Raina looked down at her map.
"So it says here that Geo Town is up ahead, but we gotta go through Hill Hell," Raina said aloud.

They began walking, but after defeating a starly, Toast began to glow!
"Toast''s evolving!" Raina pumped a fist, watching him become a Quilava.
"Okay, so now that you've evolved, can you please try to be less lazy? All you've been doing is napping in my bag," Raina told the newly evolved Pokemon.
"Quil!" Toast nodded.

Raina had decided that the team needed a flying type, so Azuru had scaled a tree, looking for Pokemon. Raina couldn't see the sky too well, as they were surrounded by hills.
"Did you see any flying types?"
Azuru nodded, and Raina and her Pokemon climbed the tallest hill to find one.

Raina panted, finally at the top.
She looked up to see some Swablu.
"Those look cool. Okay, I'm gonna throw you up, try and hit one mid-air," Raina told Toast.

Toast was sent into the air, hitting a Swablu. Raina caught Toast.
"Okay, use Quick Attack!"
The dazed Swablu was hit, so Raina threw a Premier Ball, successfully catching it.

"Awesome!" Raina sent it out, the Swablu looking sick.
She gave it some Sitrus berries and began asking it questions.

"Boy?" Swablu nodded.
"Good. Most of my team is female. How do you feel about the name Stormer?" Raina said.

He shook his head.
"Okay, what about Gale?" Gale looked satisfied.

"Well, welcome to the team," Gale sat on Raina''s gray boater hat.

Angel quickly made her way to the next town, Honurk City. She'd been gifted the Sprout Crown for defeating the girl, Lillian. It was a tough battle, but Rikki pulled through. Angel, admittedly, hadn't been thinking before when Rikki had been poisoned during the battle with Serena. She later realized that meant his ability was Toxic Boost. Thanks to being poisoned from Lillian's Nidorino, Rikki was able to finish it off as well as Lillian's last Pokemon. Using Kitsune, it was easy to breeze through the Gardenberry Gym, and she had the badge to prove it. She smiled as she made her way into Honurk City.

Hysan finally was able to fight the gym leader and proceeded to the gym. "Sir, in here to challenge you!" Chan accepted the challenge. Hysan sent out Milotic and Butterfree. Chan used Hitmonchan and Conkeldurr. A Hydro Pump from Milotic finished Conkeldurr, but Hitmonchan took Milotic. It took Butterfree 2 Psychic attacks to defeat Hitmonchan. Hysan soon earned the Dojo badge. He went to heal his Pokémon and decided to rest at the Pokémon center.

Will update trainer card when at my computer. Currently at my grandmas house.

Soren walked on the route to Geo Town when his Litwick tapped his shoulder. "Huh?"Soren said, confused. Litwick, Breloom, and Arcanine were standing behind him, and Litwick was holding a torn up piece of paper. Litwick handed the paper to him, and it was a badly drawn comic. It featured 4 different blobs of color: Litwick as the purple blob, Arcanine as the orange blob, Breloom as the dark green blob, and a Fighting type pokemon as the yellow blob. "I'm going to assume you beat the gym in Honurk City?" asked Soren. Litwick nodded, passing him the badge. He hugged all of his pokemon, including Gardevoir. Soren said "Well, let's get to 7-Star Bridge."

He arrived at 7 Star Bridge, and he was ready to battle. He had 6 revives, a few Sitrus berries, which he gave to his team, and the emergency Revival Herb. He had beaten almost every trainer except one. The 7th trainer had Cloyster, Magby, and Bellossom. He battled the trainer, but right when he was about to win with Litwick, but then the trainer sent out Cloyster. A Water type and Ice type pokemon. He was about to switch out his pokemon, but then he realised that all his pokemon had fainted, and he had used all of his revives. So he had no choice but to use Litwick. But he won anyway, and the trainer threw 7 rare candys at him. He went to Geo Town, to the Pokemon Center, and healed his pokemon.

Raina began walking to the next town, walking in silence until a Staravia swooped in, dropping a letter.
Raina caught it, curious as to what it was.
"Hey, guys, do you 4 know what this is?" Raina asked her quartet of Pokemon.
All of them shook their heads, but Raina opened it anyways.

''Dear Raina,
Though we did not exchange too many words, I wanna say that I will miss you, and everyone else.
I left the Pruie region to pursue contests in the Hoenn region. Me and my Pokemon feel better that way. By the time you have finished reading this, I will be in a plane, ready for take off.
I will send Stella to deliver the occasional letter, but I will never see you in person again.
Also, enclosed is a special gift. Each of my friends here in the Pruie region will get a different gift.

-Harry"
Raina read to her Pokemon.
Enclosed was a special doll of Ignis, as well as what looked like some homemade brownies.
Raina smiled, popping a brownie into his mouth.

"So he's gone," Raina said.
Gale just looked confused as he hadn't met him yet, Ink looked like he could care less, Azuru was eating a brownie, and as always, Toast was sleeping.
"Guess none of you care," she sighs.

The battle with the Honurk Gym Leader had definitely been interesting. While Angel's friend from back in Goldenrod had mentioned double and tripe battles, the two had never practiced such, because the boy only had two Pokemon and Angel had none. She smiled warmly when remembering her best friend, along with his Absol and his Quilava. Angel couldn't even begin to think where to start with all the things she owed him. She hoped to see her best friend again some day.

The battle itself was fun, albeit short. For the battle, Chan had used a Hitmonchan and Conkeldurr. Angel had used Kitsune and Poseidon. Kitsune's Extrasensory attack made the battle short. Poseidon drew the heat while Kitsune spammed Extrasensory, and the battle ended rather quickly. She'd been awarded the Dojo Badge, and proceeded through Hill Hell. She knew the others had most likely moved ahead of her while she was battling in the final round of the Gardenberry Tournament, so she'd hoped to catch up. She kept walking at a quick pace. Eventually, Angel could see someone ahead, walking with her Pokemon.
"Hey! Raina!" Angel called, upon recognizing her.

"Oh, hey.." Raina studied her face, before recognizing her. "Angel!" She finished.
She was still carrying her letter and brownies.
"Did you get one of these?" Raina pointed to her letter and such. Her brown red hair fluttered in the breeze, sending it flying.

Angle looked at the letter before shaking her head.
"No, I didn't." She replied. Why would she get a letter, though? Who would it be from?
"Who's the letter from?" Angel inquired. She was definitely curious now. Apparently it involved all of them, if Raina assumed Angel was to receive one, too.

Soren decided not to challenge the gym, and he went back towards the previous route. Then he saw a Staravia flying toward him, with a letter in its claws. "Wonder what that's all about." Soren said. The Staravia dropped the letter while it was flying overhead, and Soren caught the letter in his hands.

"Dear Soren,
Even if we did exchange some words, I would like to say that I'll miss you, and your friends.
I've left this region to pursue contests. My pokémon will feel best that way.
By the time you're reading this sentence, I'll be in a plane, going to the Hoenn Region.
I'll let Stella deliver the occasional letter to you, but... I'll never be able to see you in person again.
By the way, enclosed in this envelope is a special gift. Each of my friends will recieve a different one.
Keep in touch,
Harry"

He read the letter to his pokemon. Litwick was nearly crying, and Breloom was almost doing the same. Arcanine cared, and Gardevoir was being her usual, salty self. "Guess he's gone." Soren said, as he pulled the items out. There was a handmade-looking doll that looked like a Lampent, and a few Lava Cookies. "I guess he knew I loved the pokemon Lampent." Soren sighed. He walked back into Geo Town, slightly crying.

"Maybe it's in your bag, or one of your Pokemon have it," Raina suggested, her storm gray eyes looking around.
She smoothed out the wrinkles in her shirt subconciously, as her Pokemon interacted with Angel's.

"Maybe. Hey, you gu-" Angel began, but was cut off as she turned to her Pokemon to be greeted by a letter held by Rikki.
"Zan. Goose." Rikki said. Granted, Angel had no idea what he was saying, but it was probably something sarcastic, judging by his tone. She took the letter gratefully from the Zangoose's hands and read it aloud to her Pokemon.

''Dear Angel,
Though we did not exchange too many words, I wanna say that I will miss you, and everyone else.
I left the Pruie region to pursue contests in the Hoenn region. Me and my Pokemon feel better that way. By the time you have finished reading this, I will be in a plane, ready for take off.

-Harry"
Angel read the note aloud to her Pokemon. Her voice was sorrowful as she continued to read it. She could hear one of her Pokemon in tears, and looked back to see Poseidon and Kitsune crying. Rikki simply bowed his head. Once she was done, she looked in the envelope and removed several items. There were homemade brownies like the ones in Raina's, as well as a doll of Kitsune. She smiled as she looked at the gifts, and handed a brownie to each of her Pokemon.
"That was sweet of him to make us these before he left."

"Yeah... These brownies are amazing, too," Raina added, eating another.
She felt a bit guilty, though, as her and Harry barely spoke, yet he went to all this trouble for some people he barely knew.
Raina thought of everything that had happened in the past few days, pecking Luke''s cheek, catching new Pokemon, and Harry leaving. Raina put her brownies away so she wouldn't eat them all.

"Are they?" Angel asked as she put one in her mouth. She nodded in confirmation, and after she swallowed it, she voiced her confirmation as well. "They are." She put the rest in her bag for later. "Actually, he was the first person I really talked to, at all. Granted it wasn't much, but it was a start. I guess it's kinda fitting, huh? As far as I'm aware, out of the people Hickory gave Pokemon to, I was the first one to battle him. Then, I was the last to battle him in the Gardenberry Tournament, too."

"True. I battled him for the tournament and he, for lack of better words, kicked my ass," Raina made a kicking motion.
Because the wind kept blowing her short hair in her face, she began braiding it back.
"I'll miss that guy." Raina said, finishing the braid.

Soren ate a Lava Cookie. "Mmm...! Good!" he exclaimed. He reached into the envelope to get another one, and he pulled out a TM Case. "Guess he forgot his TM case, heheh." He joked, "I'm gonna miss him." said Soren while a Fletchinder pecked the back of his head.
"Ah, I guess I'll catch you, Fletchinder." he said while turning around. The Fletchinder got even more scared and pecked faster, only this time on his shoulder. He battled it and caught it, even thought it was pretty timid.

"Well, hey, you put up a good fight." Angel replied. She kept her hand over the hair covering her eye, so it didn't blow away. She looked back to see that Poseidon was still crying a bit, and Kitsune moved over to comfort him. Rikki was trying to start a conversation with Ink.
"Definitely gonna miss him." Angel stated in agreement. She thought back to their first battle, with Rikki fighting Ignis, then again to her fight with Harry during the tournament. "It's a shame that we can't get another way to communicate with him." She added as she looked at the doll of Kitsune. Angel guessed it was because Kitsune was the last of Angel's Pokemon that Harry had battled. She put the doll in her backpack, too.

"Well, im gonna head to the next town. If you wAnna come you can," Raina offered, looking at Rikki and Ink and smiling.
Raina knew the next gym was Fighting, so Gale and Azuru would be a must have.

"Yeah, I'm ready." Angel replied. She looked back to her Pokemon once again. Kitsune had managed to calm Poseidon down, although the pure Water-Type was still a little teary-eyed. He sure was an emotional one, that was for sure. She couldn't help but smile at her Pokemon. She whistled to get the attention of her Pokemon. The three all looked at their trainer quizzically. "Alright, you guys. We're heading out now."

Soren looked at his watch. It was 10:00PM. He knew that the gym leader would still be accepting battles at this point, but he just waited for Raina and Angel. While waiting, he practiced battling with Gardevoir. And he ate a few more Lava cookies, read a chapter of the comic book He had, and played on his phone.

Raina and Angel began walking back in silence.
Soon her mind began wandering.
She thought of the gym leader and wondered what he'd be like. Then she thought of the boy who threw rocks at her.
''Oh, if he saw me now," Raina muttered, kicking a rock.

During the silence of their walk, Angel's mind began to wander back at the battle practices. She smiled at the fond memory. There were days she skipped a meal or two just to get to "battle practice," as she called it, with her friend. She couldn't help but wonder where he was now. Angel was ripped from her thoughts when she heard Raina mutter something. Bing curious, Angel looked at her with a raised eyebrow.
"Did you say something?"

"I'm fine. I was thinking of this guy who threw rocks at me everyday," Raina said simply. She hated pity, so she hoped she wouldn't say too much.
Raina hopped off a hill, landing nimbly on her feet. Gale flew down, Toast was in her bag, and Azuru jumped down as well, bouncing off her tail.
Unfortunately, Ink ended up face planting. Ink covered his face in his leaves, looking angry.

Angel slid down the hill after Raina.
"I had a friend who went through that kind of stuff." Was all she said as a reply. Her thoughts drifted back to the stories her friend had told her back in Goldenrod, and then to the events she actually witnessed happen to him. He managed to power through it all, though. But, even he had his faults, despite the good person he was.
"Actually, there were two reasons he went through what he did. Because of a certain thing about his appearance, and because he was homeless. It always pissed me off."
