Tails shook his head as Undyne impulsively went out on her own. In a way, it reminded him of Sonic and how he used to be...heck, how he still was. blue free spirits that were oblivious to ego or critique. He took comfort in that fact somehow, believing that they both would be okay. He was just satisfied things started to look up. he had hoped they would continue to do so...

...

"There. A weakspot worth exploiting."

HannibalX then appeared to take on fire. minimal damage to its's structure, a few infantry grade firearms, nothing it couldn't handle. Nagisa held firm, finding lackluster performance in the cloaking device. Had his foes faced such technology before? However, it's cloak dropped...manually? The mech suddenly burst forward, cyan after images following suit. in that quick movement, the agile bot prepared it's golden knife in recourse. In a flash, it would dart to the front two legs, whilst still under the overhead cover of it's own body. it would aim to slice both of the limbs off in quick slashes, followed up by a railgun right down the middle of the belly once it fell to the ground, surely prepared to finish it.

E-102 Gamma
Lich Yard

An affirmative hit. An unknown variable. How troublesome. Trying to scan his foe, he began to read it's vitals, if you could call it that, were all out of whack. Holding off it's need to take out Gengar for the moment, it attempted to grasp the phenomenon going on, as to make sure it wouldn't happen it himself.

"Is this what was making you act berserk?" Gamma spoke out. "Perhaps the effects of this location. Desist. It is a ploy."

.......

Red

"A...G-God??"

Red gulped this information down, not quite sure how to take it. But all he knew was this girl was speaking in ways he didnt understand, nothing made sense.

"You just gotta come with us! Your here in front of me and that's enough! I know a guy that can come protect us! Maybe.. welll, better to try then to not, right?"

She may be scared, which Red was too. But at least he took a timid step forward and tried to seek a solution, however long that took. She shouldn't be so defeated. Then again, how was he to talk? He was all but ready to give in himself.

"I just don't want to leave you here all alone...that's so sad..."

Bennett

"Yeah! Magic! Kinda sorta... I don't know the specifics, but artifacts totally gotta have some kinda power in 'em, that's what makes 'em artifacts! I wonder what treasure you'll find! This is the best adventure ever!"

As they approached the new destination, Bennett was filled with determination, ready to take on whatever lie in his way. With these seasoned adventurers, what could possibly go wrong?

Vio
Jungle

"...Just what are you doing?"

Vio's advice went ignored as Donkey King beat his chest, out right salivating to fight the beast. Getting down to the ground, Vio sighed. This alliance was a mistake. If they kept getting distracted like this he'd never finds his other halves.

"This is meaningless...but if a show of force is required for you to respect my words, so be it."

Vio sweat as he put a hand behind his back, readying himself in a fencing posture. It would not be easy...

Along with this, was the sight of a new group. ...other people? A possibility for information. Perhaps they had seen one of his brothers. But dialogue would have to wait. They couldn't talk if they were all dead

Psyduck
So the insect-dragon dropped a blade down onto Psyduck. But, this duck was not to be taken down so easily. He dove forward and performed a combat roll; he was now underneath the monster. The Duck looked for the monster's genitals, hoping to exploit a weak spot, but there was nothing visible. Darn it. Well, it was worth a shot anyways. He leaned back, and when he came back forward, he used a Hydro Pump against Feyrbrand's pelvic region!

Tabby

These were some long wires. This very astute observation was made by Tabby as he found a hole where the wires led. It was like he was supposed to go there or something. Just then, he got a text back from Miles. Tabby hang still from the ceiling wires for a moment, creating a message.

"yea"
"me & Subz r in the teddy bear factory, hbu"

After sending his response, the small robot swung himself into the vent. Out of the enemy's potential line of sight, he moved much quicker now.

Kilton

The winds shifted, carrying the gremlin man towards an area covered in strangely-colored vegetation. He had no idea what kind of monsters he'd find there, but he was excited.

The Knight

The Knight looked around. He had no particular place to go, but he did have a goal. He needed to collect more pain. The armor-clad figure turned northwest, and head that way. He'd hunt in that direction. This jester was a bit of a nuisance, but a powerful ally would always be helpful, especially in this knight's mission.

Aegislash
The Royal Sword pokémon squinted as his ally was thrown like a rag doll before being incapicated for now. The one with the beak mask then vanished again, reappearing behind Aegislash and throwing a fireball, landing a direct hit on the pokémon. Aegislash was thrown forward, spiraling a bit, before regaining his composure, only to be hit by another fireball. He squinted and looked to his far left, seeing Beakface out of the corner of his eye. Another fireball was thrown his way, but the pokémon ducked just in time, avoiding it. Beakface appeared in front of him, throwing another fireball. Aegislash hovered to the side, avoiding it, before throwing his shield at the blue robed enemy, who teleported away. However, this is what Aegislash had planned. He had studied the enemy’s patterns and knew where they would appear next. The shield hovered in place and Aegislash fired a laser beam from his eye at it, causing the beam to zig-zag off of it and zip towards Beakface, landing a direct hit on the enemy, who had been charging up another fireball. Beakface went flying into the same barrier that Dragonborn had hit, getting shocked, flying back into the arena’s center. The cultist had received more damage than the Dragonborn due to his lack of armor, their body smoking and his skin charred in the places you could see it. Aegislash didn’t let them off easy, however. He flew over until he was directly above the Lunatic Cultist, before slamming down, stabbing him in the back rather brutally. A familiar flash of light appeared, the cultist being replaced by a statue.

Well, that wasn’t too bad.
Aegislash thought to himself, before redirecting his attention to the other enemy, the noble-looking swordsman. Aegislash squinted, before looking at his temporarily fallen ally. He sent a telepathic message towards him, urging him to get up and notifying him that one of the enemies was down. The pokémon then charged forward, the enemy doing the same. The swords clashed, Aegislash parrying the attack and moving behind the enemy for a strike, but he turned out to be just as fast, turning around in the blink of an eye and blocking the attack. Sparks flew, but they were only coming from Dimitri’s sword, Aegislash proving to be durable. They clashed for a moment, but the Royal Sword pokémon pulled through, causing Dimitri to stumble back a bit. Aegislash jabbed forward, taking advantage of the opening, but Dimitri was still fast, blocking the attack before going in for a counter. Aegislash blocked this, but the enemy used their momentum to spin around behind Aegislash and strike him, causing him to go spinning in the other direction. He ended up being able to stop before he hit the barrier, before looking up with a growl. This one was less predictable.

Gengar
The ghost-poison type glared at the robot as it began to speak, urging him it was a ploy. Ploy, huh? Part of him wanted to believe the robot, but a bigger part thought it was lying. Gengar stood still for a moment, before shaking his head and glaring at the robot once more, before he noticed something out of the corner of his eye. A group of...people! He turned around with a growl, the bigger one taking a defensive stance, moving in front of the smaller ones. The shadow pokémon squinted. Darn it, was this one of the good ones? Sometimes he just wanted to strangle one of those humans, but he couldn’t. This, along with Gamma’s statement, was able calm down the pokémon a bit, eyes softening. He floated down to the ground and squinted at the group, cocking his head to the side.

Sonic the Hedgehog
The blue blur nodded at the fish lady, returning her smirk. As he began to run backwards, he pointed at Tails. “Stay safe, alright? We’ll be back soon.” He said, giving a thumbs up, before turning around. Undyne was quick for her size, but the hedgehog couldn’t run anywhere near full speed to stay at her pace. It was more of a light jog as he followed the sprinting fish lady. As they reached a building, the blue blur followed suit as Undyne scaled it, using the energy platforms from before. The blue hedgehog relied on old-fashioned parkour, jumping up high, deftly landing on a street light, before hopping off of that as well, landing on a windowsill, simply running on the side of the building the rest of the way, before he made it to the top, kicking off the building and curling into a ball, before dashing towards the top of the building, landing on it in a roll. He walked over towards Undyne and observed the city with the fish lady, also seeing the large mechanical monster. Well, that was a bit worrying. He nodded to himself before looking up at Undyne. “Alright, we obviously can’t take that thing, but look.” He said, pointing at the much smaller mech that was attacking the Scarab. It was currently moving fast, but it was still relatively easy to see as it slashed at the mechanical monster. “I can almost guarantee that’s another one of the Warriors of Hope. What do you think?”

Dr. Eggman
The doctor stroked his mustache as the reploid began to speak, commending his taste in music. “Why thank you, I listen to it while designing machines.” Eggman said with a light chuckle, before lightly shaking his head, realizing that wasn’t the point, and returning to a serious facial expression. His concealed eyes followed ‘Prometheus’, as he called himself, as he paced around the room, explaining his backstory that the doctor didn’t really ask for, but that was okay since it was helpful. Robot with a free will, eh? Well, the doctor would be sure to fix that. The doctor laughed to himself in his mind, but not out loud, rather, a smile crept across his face as Prometheus finished. “Very well, I will help you with your predicament, and you will help me in return.” The door whooshed open again and the not-so-good doctor began to walk out. “Follow me.”

While any normal blade would have lodged in the Scarab, HannibalX wielded one made from the trophies of dead innocents. With enough force, it could tear through the thinnest part of the limbs, something the Scarab seemed to understand as a moment later, a split second before Nagisa's attack could land- he slammed against a barrier made of red light, the trophy bouncing off harmlessly as the Scarab's gun rotated to face the mech, charging a beam. While the trophies could clearly cut through any material, barriers made of light energy seemed a lot more durable against the weaponized gold. At least against a single blow.
With HannibalX distracted, the D.E.R.S. were unopposed, not to mention the scattering of the Monokuma forces was thinning them out. Even as more poured from their factory, things were quickly becoming more clear as Monokuma seemingly seemed to go offline. Bolts of fire destroying them left and right, coming from nowhere. Blades of crimson tearing them apart.

Within the dark factory, as Tabby made his way through a dark vent, a sound became obvious through one of the branches. If he were to investigate, he would find another hall, filled with parts of Monokuma scattered about, cut apart, some with smoldering holes blasted clean through them. Among them were a few active Monokuma, all of which were looking quickly about, as though searching. Searching the perpetrator of this mess.
A scarlet sword made of hard light suddenly tore through one of the Monokumas, splitting in half down the middle. Another Monokuma lunged for some strange kind of bending light, but that was all that could be seen of it. The Monokuma clawed at air, before its head was sliced horizontally off, then its body given the same treatment.
As the Monokuma crumbled to the ground, it reached a claw for a figure that materialized in thin air, a red blade in one hand, a black weapon in the other. It had backwards legs, and easily dwarfed Undyne and Sub-Zero in height, who were the tallest organic individuals Tabby had encountered thus far.
A blast of plasma was fired into what was left of the Monokuma, melting through its skull, and its red eyes dimmed.

The creature lifted his wrist to his helmeted face, eyes covered by slits of red light, his armor black, sleek, and clean. Clearly a special force of some kind. Elite unit. "The explosives have been planted." It spoke, its voice deep and gruff, yet smooth and stoic. Not too dissimilar from Sub-Zero's. The creature was silent for a moment, before continuing. "Still no sign of the cryomancer. He may have already retreated to a safer zone. Should I perform a sweep?"
Another pause, before the creature nodded. "Understood." And it lowered its arm, turning down the hall as the commotion of more approaching Monokuma came from it, but then the creature stopped, its gaze turning to land on the vent Tabby was in. Almost immediately, the creature disappeared into thin air. No... not thin air. It could be briefly seen moving down the hall, as though light were bending around it to create the illusion of invisibility. The creature was hard to keep track of as it moved, and the way it moved was unorthodox. Its steps made no sound as the hall began to fill with more Monokuma, all who failed to notice the infiltration alien who had slunk around them, unnoticed.

Undyne and Sonic, meanwhile, surveyed the carnage at a safe distance. “I can almost guarantee that’s another one of the Warriors of Hope. What do you think?” Sonic asked. Undyne narrowed her eye at the mech struggling with the beast that dwarfed it. "Yeah. The little one, if that's what you mean." She said, not noticing his pointing finger. "The big one it's fighting, we haven't seen that around here before. Looks like the Warriors of Hope have some competition." Her eye rested on one of the closer D.E.R.S. "And judging that the big thing's only attacking Monokumas and the mech... I think it could be Eggman tech. That ugly guy on the television. Er- the first ugly guy." Undyne asserted. "Buuuut maybe that thing belongs to the second ugly guy. The hairy one. You saw him on the screens too, right?"

Silent Hill

Quite suddenly, the girl lunged forward. The poor, traumatized Red might have retaliated, though not quick enough. Turns out it wasn't an attack. It was instead, a hug. The girl's grip seemed deathly tight, as though she were expecting to be ripped from her hug at any moment. "Please." She whispered. "If you want to save me, you need to find me. Unlock the door. Kill the God. Free me."
Her last word seemed to drift away, and very quickly, it could be seen that it wasn't just her words that had faded. She had disappeared, like dust in the wind.
A click sounded. Heavy and dull. The room out was open.

John stared upon the sight. A round phantom-like creature, glaring at them atop a pile of rubble, some kind of mechanical humanoid near it, also turning its gaze upon the newcomers. Chief had stepped almost protectively in front of Bennett and Geo. Not exactly voluntary, it was more on instinct, shielding them from potential danger, to take it himself instead.
"That's them." John told the others. When the phantom and droid didn't attack, the Spartan relaxed somewhat. Then a heavy click sounded. A side door that led into the hospital had seemingly unlocked on its own, causing John to turn his head toward it as Scorpion joined them a moment later, his pale eyes immediately falling upon Gengar, resulting in a scowl beneath the mask of the ninja.

The Jungle
The duck didn't seem to notice the Kong's assurance of support, instead being distracted as it dove forward to avoid a blade of an arm that impaled the ground, spraying dirt, exactly where Psyduck had been moments ago, the little creature following up by regurgitating a beam of water at the underside of the beast.
It didn't budge, instead retaliating by moving forward, talons for legs stabbing the ground as it moved quickly for a beast of its girth, now aiming for Gunvolt, only for an ape-sized fist to slam into its face. This time, it did budge, the beast stumbling to the side for a moment, its tusk impaling the ground beside Gunvolt before it quickly recovered, one of its many legs swiping at Donkey Kong, who landed with a grin, clearly looking for praise at his save. Instead, he got a slash across his chest, sending him sprawling across the ruins, able to dig his knuckles into the mix of old stone and dirt beneath him to stop his soar.

Sans watched on, electing that this wasn't his fight to be fought, instead slinking up against a tree to watch as Feyrbrand, the Green-Tusked Dragon, rose its head to the sky, and roared. Alongside that, what seemed to be green bubbles shot from its mouth, rising and fading into the air. The skeleton wasn't exactly sure what that had been, but he wasn't about to discount it for an attack- unless of course the beast had bad enough breath that one could see it. No need to rule out that possibility.

The Coliseum
With a grunt, the Dragonborn pushed himself up from the ground, blowing a strand of blonde hair from his face, though that was basically useless, as it was sticking from under his helmet, and merely landed back over his nose to tickle it. Rising to his feet, the Nord huffed, glancing over to see the trophy of Beakface, then toward Slash as he dueled Knight Guy.
His ally was indeed useful, even if he'd been rendered useless by Shiny earlier. He was making up for it now. Calmly, the Dragonborn reached into his satchel, tugging out a vial, which he promptly flicked the cork off of and downed the red liquid within.

Feeling the energy returning to him, the Dragonborn slammed the glass against the ground, where it shattered, then slugged a fist to his chest, letting out a yell as his left hand began to smolder, before a fire erupted from it. Grasping his axe with his other hand, the Nord charged just as Slash was knocked away by Knight Guy's reversal.
Immediately, Knight Guy turned to block a slash from the blade, then ducked as the Dragonborn swung his flaming fist. This guy's reaction was simply too good, which became more evident as Knight Guy slashed upward with his lance in an uppercut, leaving a scar on the Dragonborn's iron armor and launching him a few feet into the air. Before Knight Guy's combo could continue, Slash charged back in for the rescue, unfortunately caught by Knight Guy, who deflected the sword's attack with his own weapon, parrying it as the Dragonborn landed, then hurled a ball of fire at Knight Guy.

The azure-cloaked human pushed off the ground, avoiding a slash from Slash, and performing a backflip over the ball of fire and landing deftly, wasting no time in trading a few more blows with the Dragonborn as he closed in, quickly followed by Slash as he began to perform attacks alongside the Nord.
It was clear their might together was overwhelming Knight Guy, who used his free hand to wipe at his brow as his other skillfully continued to block all of their hits with his lance. His elbow then slugged the Nord's chest before his boot slammed into the Slash's shield, enough to knock the both of them away.
Brushing his now dampening hair out of his eyes, Knight Guy, let out a grunt, catching his breath for a moment. "I'm not quite finished." He let them know, before charging at Dragonborn. Going onto the offensive may have been a mistake, as before the lance could strike, Slash had blocked the attack with his own shield, performing King's Shield, blasting Knight Guy back as the Nord extended his fist, and a stream of fire began to envelop Knight Guy, who pulled his cloak in front of him. It caught fire, but it was enough for him to avoid the attack as he ripped his cape away, tossing it aside, and charging again, only to clash with Slash once again.

The Dragonborn burst forward the moment Knight Guy once again used momentum to hurl Slash away, and not even a second later, the Nord's knee slugged into Knight Guy's gut. As though suspended in the air for a moment, Knight Guy let out a gasp of air as a few small flecks of blood sprung from his mouth, his eyes wide, before he was sent flying from the Nord's full show of strength. Knight Guy slammed into the barrier, electrocuting him before he collapsed to the ground, body smoldering.
Dragonborn nodded toward Slash, who performed as he had for Beakface, impaling their opponent and reducing them to a trophy.

"GOSH! THESE GUYS WIN? I WAS ROOTING FOR SHORT ROBE GUY! I BET HE CRACK FUNNY JOKES! ANYWAY, GUY WITH HORNS ON HEAD AND FLOATING SWORD GUY WIN!"
The shrill voice returned to announce their victory, and a moment later, the barely noticeable barrier seemed to deactivate as part of the arena's wall opened up across from them, and behind them. Doors that blended into the walls.
Out of both sides stepped tall, burly ape-like creatures carrying weapons.
For a moment, the Dragonborn considered trying to bust himself and Slash out... but decided against it. Be better to know where they were first, figure out that all, then try again. He didn't want to risk being killed again, for fear it may be permanent.
The Brutes behind them gestured for the Nord and the Sword to follow them.

What came next was fairly standard, in the Dragonborn's opinion. The Brutes led them down a hall made of the same steel as the arena, before they entered another room lined with cells. At first glance, these cells seemed to be open and free. No gate. Upon closer inspection, it was clear that a barrier like the one in the arena covered the entrance.
The lead Brute, one with graying fur and great tusks for teeth, moved to the end of the room where he began touching a strange glowing light covered in shapes and runes. The barriers fell, and the gladiators were thrown into different cells across from one another, before the barriers were back up, and the Brutes left the room.

Psyduck
As the beam of high pressure water struck, this creature seemed unaffected. Darn it, they weren't just invisible. They were simply nonexistent. Not to worry though, because no ballless creature could defeat the mighty Duck.
The round waterfowl leapt up and hitched a ride on a leg as the beast moved forward. When it stopped, he dropped, and sprayed an Ice Beam at the foot to make movement more difficult in the future. Just in time for the roar of green bubbles, Psyduck ran underneath the monster, using it as a giant umbrella against its own attack. He leapt up at the pelvic region again, his hand glowing with an orange energy. He karate chopped the dragon in the same spot as the previous gush of water had landed, not giving up on coming for the monster 'nads. Of course, this attack wouldn't break the exoskeleton if it was harder than brick.

Tabby

Hearing a noise, Tabby crawled to investigate. There was someone else fighting the Monokumas! Perhaps this was another ally, since they shared a common enemy and the red blade reminded him of his own energy sword, a weapon used in the resistance movement back in his own dimension. He hopped out of the vent and plunged his blade into a Monokuma, trying to communicate that they were fighting on the same side. He threw a kunai into another Kuma, pulling the bear over and slicing it in twine. The crack on his screen receded as the sword absorbed its energy. He didn't know where his new 'ally' was, but he just blew his cover to the enemy.

As The Knight attacked, Abyss Absa backflipped away, leaving a dark cloud in her place. The cloud crackled with an electricity, and in a moment it would explode with lightning. No matter if the vessel stayed put or dodged, Absa's döppelganger would follow up with an electrically-charged hoofdive.
@ArmedBlue

Kragg was about to help his small friend, when a knife raked across his tough dorsal shell. He turned to throw a backhand, but it just passed through the form of the Abyss Forsburn as it turned to smoke. Behind it was another, who started to cover the vicinity in a dark smoke.

Abyss Maypul tossed a small nut at Guile. It then sprinted forth and leapt in the air, spinning into a lariat as an attack, and when she landed she would plant a flytrap-looking creature.
@ThAtGuY101

Abyss Wrastor zoomed over to Ameterasu, throwing out a wing attack before continuing to fly away. It swooped in again for another wing attack, and again, and again, and again. After the fifth swoop, it rocketed to a spot high above Ammy, and then kicked downwards with a drill of wind forming around its body.

Audrey Redheart

Once again, the Hero had been quite out of it, even during the skeleton's introduction, but even during that, when she realised the smile seemed...less genuine towards her specifically.
She felt a chill run down her spine. Why did it feel...terrifying?

Of course, this left her dumbfounded when her allies went to fight that dragon thing. Did it have a name? Audrey didn't care. She, by her own admission, was a jerk, but her allies needed her help and she wasn't exactly giving them the best impression of her so far.
Like there's a good impression of you... She heard something in her head. No, that one would never...never say that.
She raised her blade to the air as she ran to attack the beast with a yell of rage, forcing her thoughts away leaving only one: "destroy", lightning summoned into the blade, filling it up 4 levels this time, before Audrey leaped up, seemingly narrowly dodging the bubbles, having assumed they were bad, and slamming her sword in a downward direction, lightning blasting out of the blade's tip mid-strike.
She couldn't find herself as scared as she was when that skeleton gave her that look. Not yet, anyway. How peculiar...

Gunvolt - Jungle

Well, the monster turned out to be some strange dragon, though it did have some mantis-like aspects to it. He wasn't sure what kinds of attacks it had in store, but he was definitely sure of was that it was hostile. Sure enough, one of its sharp talons came directly at Gunvolt, an attack he might not have been able to avoid if not for the help of a.... gorilla? The ape struck a direct blow to the beast's face, causing it to narrowly miss, momentarily getting its attention. He'd thank the newcomer later, though. For now, it was best he focused on actually dealing damage to the monster.

His Dart Leader was quickly aimed at Feyrbrand's head, experience telling him it was a common weak spot for larger creatures, organic or not. A barrage of azure Cerberus darts were shot directly at the dragon, hoping to hit its head in an attempt to tag it. If any of the darts hit their target, he'd bring up his Flashfield to launch continuous electric streams at the monster, his dart barrage never ceasing. They dealt little damage on their own, but that damage could quickly stack up and catch an enemy off guard.

Copen - Field of Hopes and Dreams

Copen lowered his weapon as Muse's Kiss did its job, finally freeing Hunter from Shadow Link's control. He quickly ran over to check on the child, letting out a sigh of relief as it seemed he was just tired, but otherwise fine. Disregarding his trophy arm, of course. That property made his mind race with questions, he'd have to do some research and analysis later. Lola came in at that moment, nuzzling against the boy's head in her version of a hug, overjoyed to see the boy was back to normal.

"Goodness, I'm glad you're OK! I was worried you'd lose another arm or something!" The A.I. exclaimed, sticking to Hunter for a few moments before looking around the field for Blue's trophy, quickly spotting it not too far away. She flew over to it at impressive speeds, positioning herself above Blue's trophy before a force field formed around it, the trophy floating inside her Capture Field as she slowly carried it back to the group.

"We need to get going." Copen finally spoke up. "You might remember Metal Sonic from earlier... I'm afraid he got to the key before us." He explained, looking over at the blue machine, who was in the middle of a fight against Dark Matter. "It's best we retreat. We have to find the next key before Eggman does, not to mention recovering from this battle. There should be a city west from here. Perhaps there we can find a key, or at the very least something to aid our goal." He suggested, glancing towards Knuckles and motioning for him to follow, beginning to walk west, trying not to leave the others behind due to their injuries. Dark Matter would probably be a good distraction for them to get away.

"Yeah, we can't stay here much longer... I doubt that blue bot's gonna be happy to see us." Lola added, slowly following her creator. "Can you walk, Hunter? I can give you a hand if you need." She asked, willing to carry Hunter with her Capture Field and leave Blue to Copen instead.

The Knight - Garreg Mach Monastery

The humanoid goat had avoided the bug's attack, forcing it to back off as a dark cloud released lighting in her place. Abyss Absa rushed at the Knight with a hoofdive, prompting the Vessel to answer with a parry, a poor choice considering the electric properties behind the attack. Being knocked backwards and having taken damage from the electricity, the bug seemed to obtain some SOUL from the attack. It decided to attack with a Shade Soul, the projectile made of SOUL and Void heading straight towards Absa.

Vs Feyrbrand
The bubble that dispersed into nothing didn't seem to do anything... that is until everyone within the vicinity capable of it, began to feel nauseated. The dragon had spilled poisonous toxins into the air, which had dispersed. Nothing Sans had to worry about, being a magical skeleton, but Donkey Kong immediately began to feel feverish, as any other natural organics would.
Psyduck's attacks still didn't seem to make much of a difference. In fact, aside from briefly reacting to Donkey Kong's strike, the Insectoid Dragon seemed capable of taking what everyone was dishing out, Psyduck's chop slugging the underside of Feyrbrand. Audrey's blade trailed a bolt of electricity through the air, clashing across Feyrbrand's face, though the tough exoskeleton remained unharmed, save for a scratch on the surface.

Gunvolt's attack quickly followed next as the ape known as Donkey Kong rushed in once again, rotating his arm in a swinging motion, powering himself up for an attack as the darts fired at Feyrbrand bounced off of the creature's armored face. Another roar escaped the monster, before it charged toward Gunvolt once again, aiming to slash at him with its great green tusks. Its attack wasn't interrupted by the Kong this time, who was a moment sooner than before, slamming one of his fists into Feyrbrands legs. Again, the dragon buckled, flinching slightly.
In retaliation, one of its blade-like arms slashed down a nearby tree, causing a temporary hazard as the tree threatened to fall on Audrey. With a scuttle, it raced toward another tree, bowling this one over before turning its armored body and opening its mouth. From within, a foul-smelling liquid began to spray out, easily capable of covering most of the others in the goop.
Once again, Donkey Kong found himself unable to dodge immediately, taking the full brunt of the spray of bodily fluids, which was a dull white in color. The moment it touched Donkey Kong, he suddenly froze in place, unable to move for the moment, eyes going wide as he fell to his side, body going completely rigid like a statue. The spray from Feyrbrand had some type of paralyzing properties.

Vs Psyduck
As the giant beast scuttled back and forth, Psyduck was knocked to the ground, but fortunately he wasn't turned into mustard by the giant beast. The monster's crotch was safe... for now.
Psyduck began to feel unwell. He got up as the monster started to spray its liquid, and panicked. He let rip an Ice Beam to contest the liquid, freezing a large portion of the blast until the small ice boulder smacked into him. The Duck skid for a couple, but remained upright. The rest of the liquid went around the chunk, but Psyduck was protected. He looked back at his crew with his hands on his hips, seeing that the Poyobeast, a weird looking Slaking, and the purple human joined them. "Psyduck psy! [Welcome back!]" He maintained this prideful pose before hunching over, taking some poison damage.

Nagisa, Monaca
Urban District

The missiles headed straight toward the Excalibur. Right as they got within it's airspace, a large extension came from under it. It was a massive, cartoonish minigun. Bright pink in color and covered in girly stickers and glitter. It was clearly Kotoko's idea. Suddenly, it widened up and shot out bright pink projectiles, the sheer amount of Dakka overwhelmed the missiles, bursting them into bright colorful explosions...that somehow were in the shape of hearts?

Inside the ship, a green haired girl hummed while she took a sip from a straw connected to a squeaky orange juice bottle.

"Monaca sure is frightened." The girl spoke, not breaking her smile. "By now our thrusters should be ready for an evasive maneuver! Yay~!"

As the laser shot up, it was shocking to say the least. Expecting more bullets or projectiles, they were ill prepared to dodge, but attempted to do so anyway. Activating their thruster burst, they dove to the right, their aft left section catching a whiff of the laser, an explosion and a plume of smoke followed suit.

"Hit, but in one piece! Oh no...what could ever be in that section? We must try to save the room!"

That's when a monokuma kid hobbled up to her, whispering something in her ear.

"Oh? Only Jataro's room was hit? Oh well, nevermiiiiiind~"

.
..

"You dare strike our princess... our paradise shall be carved with my blade and paved with your blood!!"

Nagisa's words seeped with Venom as he stood outside of the shield. Before the attacks could hit him, he darted to the other side of the mech, raising his Railgun.

*KRISH!!*

A shot resounded.

*KRISH!!*

Then another.

Finally, he prepared a final shot, charging it up so it could have if's full effect. Firing it off, the energy barrier burst, the relentless warrior quick not to let this opportunity rush by him. While his weapon was recharging, he took out the blade once more, diving down towards the neck of the beast. He prepared a cut across it whilst it thrusted, the momentum making the cut deeper and cleaner. If it hit, it aimed to sever the connection between the front half and the middle section, namely the beam weapon and the efficiency of the legs in one swoop.

A blocky design is only useful if it cannot be pierced.

As for the ground troops, it appeared as those the D.E.R.S. Were focused on other sections of the city, Nagisa having cleared this zone of them. This left only the infantry. No longer being kept in check, the monokuma ran rampant...or so they were expected. As a few of them went down to a mysterious foe, they all stopped moving.

All of their optics began to glow red, activating head sensors. Upon activating this, they were grated with unidentifiable signatures. Their teeth barred and they converged on the targets. A while line of Monokuma's descended from a nearby building, flamethrowers in arms. They released a steady stream of blazing fire toward the cloaked targets, setting the place abalze, not caring of what they engulfed in the process.

Monokuma Factory

The hall was filled with bodies, with no hostiles to be spotted. The monokuma army paused, looking around as another division of Monokuma's behind also paused to look at the bodies. A siren monokuma looked at the scene, his Alarm turning yellow. It was about to turn around and continue marching before a certain tablet burst out into the scene, shooting down the siren Monokuma and several other monokuma around him. There was a moment of silent as it appeared both were registering the situation.

Suddenly, the corpse of siren monokuma made one echoing siren call before it died. Just then, all the Monokuma, still staring at tabby, all released their claws at the exact same moment.

*Shink!*

It could have been better.

They would all leap up to the tablet, the countless Monokuma would surely obliterate the poor machine if they didn't get out of there. RIGHT NOW.

As he said his last word, she had vanished into the air, as if she weren't here in the first place. Putting his hand up briefly to reach for her, he slowly retracted it when he knew it would take her to safety. Before he had long to dwell on it, the hospital door nearby unlocked. "Interesting technique, your rage is peculiar."

Vio had found himself inches from Audrey, having copied similar movements to reach her position. Her lighting she emitted had a certain intensity to it. One that spoke bummed about her personally.

"But, sometimes a more eloquent approach is required."

Slashing a 'X' in the hide of the creature, he struck down similarly to her, composed. The 'X' had weakened the hide enough to plunge his sword into it's side. In a way, she reminded him of Blue...yet, seemed more tragic somehow. He didn't quite know what it was.

Kirby pulled his bowstring back, preparing for combat, before a sudden flash of light distracted him. The star warrior turned to see Psyduck, currently hunched over in pain. In a flash, Kirby's stubby feet-like things moved at speeds that would've made sonic proud as he made his way towards the weakened pokemon.
"Poyo!" he called out worriedly, before realizing the language barrier and simply turning. Standing protectively in front of psyduck, Kirby began charging his arrow, watching the monster carefully.

Buzzwole VS Feyrbrand-Jungle Ruins
Oh Necrozma.
A big bug.
He was going to punch it.
Finally!
Buzzwole wings began flapping in excitement at the sight of the monster, as the Ultra Beast flexed with exuberance before rising off the floor, making a beeline towards the Feyrbrand. As he neared, Buzzwole made a grab at the beast's neck, planning on wrestling it to the ground. Even if it was too strong, Buzzwole would try and keep it a still as he could, leaving it open for attacks.

Amaterasu VS Gatekeepers-Garreg Mach
Amaterasu was about go snarl at the newcomer. The darkness she sensed in it was astounding. She almost attempted to attack it, before it suddenly leapt and attacked the GateKeepers. Well, amaterasu still didn't trust it, but the enemy of her enemy was allowed to have a few more moments of life.
Besides, the Gatekeepers had shielded again and a bird man was on the attack. Amaterasu, kept her shield up, blocking one wing attack, sidestepping away from another, and continuing to nimbly leap backwards until the bird went for a kick. Amaterasu held her Tundra Beads, which linked together to form a sort of whip, in her mouth as she swung, attempting to tie up the Wrastor, and possibly freezing them, then using its momentum to toss them at the Gatekeepers and their defenses.

Dark Matter VS Metal-Field of Hopes and Dreams
Dark Matter rolled his eyes as Shadow Link escaped. It was to be expected, though still disappointing. Dark Matter changed focus, sinking into the floor and moving towards where Shadow Link left. The others were losing interest in him anyway.
On his path, he was suddenly met with a robotic thing on the attack. Dark Matter parried the grab-oop.
The entity had more strength than he expected, pushing aside his sword with little effort and grabbing Dark Matter. However, before Metal could've smashed Dark Matter into the floor, the dark entity took it a step further and phased into the earth reappearing a good distance from Metal. He didn't retaliate, not wanting to waste his now limited power.
Such strength. He had a guess as to why.
"Let me guess, someone by the name of Shadow Link sent you my way?" he questioned, his voice stoic.

Sonic the Hedgehog
The blue blur nodded along with Undyne, confirming her guess as she seemingly didn’t notice his pointing finger. He was about to say something, but Undyne spoke first, commenting on the large mechanical monster. He shook his head, denying her first claim. “That’s not an Eggman robot, it’s too slow and clunky, and I’ve never seen that laser beam before.” The hedgehog stated, before slowly nodding as Undyne claimed that it was the other guy, the ape guy. “Yeah...I think you’re right about that one." Was all he said before sitting on the edge of the building, dangling his legs. They remained silent for a moment before the hedgehog suddenly spoke up as the flamethrower monokuma began to rain down from the sky. "Alright, we shouldn't take on that big thing or the smaller mech, they're too strong, it's a good thing they're fighting each other and not us." He paused for a moment before a sly smirk came across his face. "Buuut...we can still take care of these guys." He said as he pointed down towards the thinning monokuma on the ground. "You don't have to if you wanna miss out, but I'm going!" He said with a shrug before leaping up tens of feet in the air, curling up into a ball and hovering in the air for a moment, before he dashed towards one of the descending flame monokuma, hitting it and causing it to explode, before moving on to the next in less than a second, doing the same to it, and so on. The process repeated but since they were all in a pretty line, he was able to destroy the flame monokuma without much issue, although a few of his quills were charred, which bugged the hedgehog. He then used the stomp to descend towards the ground, before using boost to start cutting through the monokuma like a warm knife through butter. With their thinning numbers and the fact that they were distracted, they were quickly falling to the blue blur. If nothing intervened, it wouldn't be very long until they were all destroyed.

Gengar
The ghost-poison type seemed calm for a moment, registering the new group as a non-threat and losing interest in the robot. He didn't really want to fight if he was being honest with himself...it was weird, as if his body had just moved on its own when Gamma had pried about Red. The ghoul seemed docile for a moment, that was until a familiar face stepped out of a door. That guy...he was the one who killed Ice Man! He wouldn't let him get away with that! Gengar's stare hardened again and his expression turned into a glare as he held up his hand, a Shadow Ball forming. He was gonna send this man right back to where he came from! Well, if he was from the world of the dead. Gengar assumed he was...unless he wasn't. Maybe he was a weird fire-type human thing...wait! That wasn't the point! He was about to throw the ball, but then a much nicer familiar face stepped out of a different door. It was Elf Boy! Was this another trick? Gengar tested this theory by lowering his hand, the Shadow Ball disappearing. He could move! His gaze softened severely, going from a glare to a happy expression in the blink of an eye. He flew up to Red surprisingly fast, proving much faster than he looked. Gengar then proceeded to speak gibberish, even by pokemon standards. During all this gibberish, he pointed to himself, the robot, the group, Red, and seemingly random rocks, along with other things. Although it was impossible to understand him, Gengar seemed...thrilled that Red was okay.

Neo Metal Sonic
The metallic doppelganger dug his hand into the ground to stop as Dark Matter sunk into it, activating his thruster and spinning around, although he kept his arm in place. As soon as he had activated it, he deactivated his thruster as soon as he was facing Dark Matter, his glare cold and calculating. As he did this, he overheard Green Team's conversation. They were headed for a key, huh? Well, he'd just have to get there first, after he took care of the enemy at hand.
"Let me guess, someone by the name of Shadow Link sent you my way?" Questioned the stoic shadow being.
"That is irrelevant." Spoke the equally stoic Metal Sonic before he held up both his hands. One of them instantly fired a beam at a tree behind Dark Matter, causing it to fall over, heading right for him. Meanwhile, the other hand charged up an unknown attack, seemingly as a backup plan.

As Copen explained the current situation, Hunter agreed that staying here would not be the best choice. In response to Lola's question, Brachio laid down and allowed the boy to climb onto her neck. "Maybe you'll find something useful against the creatures here, who knows?" Geo said to Bennett before Chief jumped in front of him and his friend to protect them against.....a robot and a sentient grape? It was hard to tell what it was, but it was far less creepy than the other residents of this area. Something felt weird about Chief protecting him though, he wasn't used to it. Geo always was the one protecting the people he cared about, he was always on the frontline to shield others. He never was the one that was being protected and to fall into that roll felt....nice, in a certain way. Knowing that Chief, a giant who seemed indestructible, was willing to protect him and Bennett was comforting akin to a lit fireplace on a cold night.

Would Dad have done the same?

Bennett's never-ending enthousiasm and friendliness made Geo snap out of his musings as he greeted the entities, only to be met by another child. "How many kids wander around this place? Sheesh, we're gonna set up an orphanage at this rate."

Geo quickly grabbed Mega's mouth and whispered at him. "Mega! You can't say that, what if they're hostile?"

Prometheus smirked as he snuffed out the purple flame and stashed away his scythe. Success, and one step closer to eradicating the man who cursed him with an existence that he did not ask for. The bloodshed was fun, but he'd like to have a say in his own life once in a while. "Lead the way, I'll follow down that path." Following Eggman, he once again marvelled at the size and body proportions of the man. How did anyone end up like that? As sonic piled in for the attack, it took the Monokuma army by surprise as the blue blur destroyed a decent chunk within his vicinity. However, the surprise was temporary as the reinforcing Monokuma from behind took the attack towards him, another squadron of flamethrower Monokuma's dropping down from above. Buzzwole's tactic seemed sound, but his arms could barely wrap halfway around the Dragon's thick, armored neck. It retaliated against his pull by charging into several standing pillars in the ruins, crashing through several with the intention of using Buzzwole like a battering ram. Once it stopped, Vio charged in with his attack- and scratched the hard outer shell. It was too tough to crack, at least through more conventional means. His stab into the center of the 'X' only embedded about an inch deep, revealing that the shell was jus as thick as it was strong.
Sans watched on passively as the battle unfolded, every individual pitching in as best as they could. Donkey Kong continued to lie, paralyzed on the ground in a frozen state. Blades didn't seem to be doing anything against the tough shell, or even its underbelly, which seemed equally as armored. It was clear the beast was taking damage, becoming more enraged with each attack it was dealt, but at this rate, it wouldn't go down before taking most of the others with it.

So the skeleton stared about at different parts of the creature. Gunvolt had targeted the face, as had a few others, but to no avail. The Psyduck was targeting the underbelly, finding similar results. The ape's punches seemed to do something, but the dragon's strength was greater, resisting the swole bug's pulls as well. Electricity, utilized by Gunvolt and Audrey, seemed to have some effect, though it was lacking. This beast was simply built to absorb damage, and had a lot of different poison-like techniques, especially more apparent as it began to spew green sludge at the others. The face was a no-go. Underbelly to thick as well. Perhaps its tiny eyes could be targeted, maybe its mouth when it roared or got ready to spit sludge.
He didn't forget to take notice of something else. The plates of the beast. A segmented body, and the plates of armor across it... if one well-aimed strike could...

As Gunvolt got ready for his next attack, the skeleton was suddenly beside him, hands casually inserted into his jacket pockets. "try hitting some attacks into its mouth when that opens. and i think a well-placed strike with a long enough sword could get under one of those plates of armor. maybe even try to peel it off." He advised, before he closed his eyes, grin never fading. "or you could keep scratching at it and just piss it off more."

The shields were busted, but missiles continued to fire up toward the Warriors of Hope ship- until the front end of the Scarab was beheaded. The glowing laser sparked, before the light disappeared, and the front collapsed to the ground, crushing the street beneath it. Next, followed the body of the Scarab as it crashed down, legs giving out.
It was defeated, treated almost like a toy against the weapon HannibalX wielded.
However, celebration over the victory was short lived, as the air seemed to be sucked out of. All sound seemed to vanish, gravity seemed to invert, and dust and debris suddenly hovered into the air, suspended for a moment. Then the blast sounded. A flash of blinding light that could be seen from orbit engulfing the Scarab, as well as the surrounding blocks in a brilliant explosion.

The Scarab had been rigged to self destruct upon destruction, and anything caught within its blast was sure to be vaporized. A measure ensured by Decimus to prevent Banished tech from falling into enemy hands. At least the more valuable tech a Scarab possessed. The blast sent a shockwave that barreled through the city.

Undyne had leaped after Sonic, and as he dealt with the Monokuma ahead of them, their numbers increased. And continued to do so, leading to the Captain to lend her aid, summoning arrows behind different Monokumas, slashing open their tanks on their back, causing most of them to explode, others to simply malfunction. Acting as support, Undyne kept many Monokuma from having any way of taking on Sonic, and there wasn't much to worry about- until the blinding flash of light that forced her to shield her eyes. "What the hell?" She growled, and as the light subsided, a rumbling began to sound. Like the calm before a storm, and suddenly, a wave of force surged through the city. Buildings crumbled, and Undyne felt herself being lifted off her feet only to smash through a building's wall. The shockwave had made this building unstable, and it was already beginning to collapse with her inside of it before she'd even had time to react.

The Monokuma firing at the speedy cloaked figures had their sensors suddenly obscured by a blinding light, and when that light faded, a sewer grate was flung into one, and the Elites dropped into the sewers just as a blast surged through the city, wiping out most Monokuma on the ground, and the few D.E.R.S. that remained weren't safe from the explosion either.
The Scarab's destruction had been a powerful bomb. One more powerful than most, if not all those there, had ever seen before.

Meanwhile, within the Monokuma factory, a rumble began to quake the ground, and just before the Monokuma could launch their attack- a fist plunged through its back, exiting out of the front of the Monokuma, the mechanical spine in its grip. Sub-Zero.
With a grunt, Sub-Zero yanked the spine from the Monokuma, severing its head from its body in the process as he whirled on the spot, using the Monokuma's head like a club as he slugged it into another, launching it back, his other hand extending several spears of ice that he thrust into the crowd, impaling several more Monokuma, though his efforts were ultimately futile. There were already far too many streaming in, so the cryomancer responded by extending his arms, blasting two beams of ice to form a wall between them. He didn't stop there, however, continuing to build the wall thicker and thicker as Monokuma claws tried to slash it apart. They were fast, but he was faster.

"This won't hold them for long." Kuai Liang turned to Tabby. "We need to leave. The alarms have sounded, they know we're here. We can't destroy this factory. Not today." They needed to flee. Live to fight another day. Shaking his hand, the one he'd punched through the Monokuma, his knuckles bloody, Sub-Zero took off at a sprint.
Seemed he didn't know about the stealth unit he'd just trapped with the Monokuma in the factory.

Decimus
A brilliant white light flashed from the planet down below. It had worked. Well... it had happened sooner than he would have liked, actually. The mechanical beast, its golden sword... he needed that material. Sooner, rather than later. The Antimatter Charge that had gone off would reduce a large portion of that city into nothing. Or at least it would have, if it had been a true Antimatter Charge. This one was less effective than the ones the Covenant had used, having been crafted so quickly when Decimus had gained the idea.
He'd been hoping to not even need to detonate it. He'd had faith that one Scarab alone could annihilate the Warriors of Hope. He'd been proven wrong, as Bri 'Filkom had reminded him so many times. One single sword had crushed his greatest ground unit. Completely unacceptable.

"We still had units there." Bri 'Filkom stated, glaring down upon the white light as it subsided, leaving an angry red spot on the surface. Decimus scoffed at that. "The order to pull out was given. They had a chance to leave."
"Barely." Bri 'Filkom replied, tired eyes staring at the scene. He wore no expression, though it wasn't as though Decimus cared. "We have sent the Warriors of Hope, and ANY who wish to challenge the might of the Banished, a message. Pull all our forces off the planet. Get my Supercarrier into the air."
"Why?" At this, the old Sangheili turned to face Decimus, who sneered back. "Do as I say, Sangheili." He growled. They shared a look for a moment, before Bri 'Fulkom bowed his head. "It will be done. Shall I remove our spies at the Nexus?"
"ALL our forces." Decimus asserted. "I tire of playing these strategic games you insist we play. We do things my way now, and I'd like to give the fools down there a false sense of hope."
"And Robotnik? He may not take kindly to the destruction of his units there."
Decimus only chuckled at that. "I have what I need from Eggman. The Scarab given to him? I placed another Antimatter charge hidden aboard. The blueprints? Flawed. He was a fool, and worse, a human." The great Brute turned his gaze back to the planet. "Our retreat is a fluke. Give them a sense of accomplishment. They fought us back. In reality? We gather more strength. Now MOVE!" He roared at the Sangheili, who bowed his head once more, and without another word, left the room.

The 'Avgostike' alliance had been merely a ploy. Only the Banished would reign supreme. The Antimatter charge would surely deal with Eggman, the Warriors of Hope would be weakened after this blow- and the lesser detonations to destroy their factory. There was no need to worry about the Demon, either. He was sealed away within the fog. Nothing returned from there.
As for the Egg Dragoon, Decimus had removed most things within. In fact, it was hardly what it had been before. Part after part was being replaced, until not a single piece of Eggman material remained. A Banished design is what it was now.
Decimus' new mech.
He was confident in his victory, but could his victory truly be certain? As the Banished Corvette retreated deeper into space, from the planet, he pondered on this himself.

Now, to construct more Antimatter charges. He had great plans to come.

Cortana's warning to John was dully noted, but he could recognize the design of the robot now that he was closer. It looked like it was built by Eggman. It was all but confirmed when it referred to him as an 'intruder'. Prepping himself for combat, they were interrupted as a familiar face exited the unlocked door.
He looked just like Green... except he wore Red. It was safe to assume his name was probably associated with his clothing as well. The phantom moved like a lost puppy toward Red. They were friends, it would seem. The interaction seemed to distract the robot as well.

"The whole gang's here, Chief." Cortana stated. "What now?"
"Red. Right?" John asked the boy. "I met your brother, Green."
"He isn't here." Cortana added through Chief's external speakers. "We sent him to find your other brothers. Green was safe and sound when we last saw him."

Within seconds, the Scarab had fallen. Nagisa gave a satisfied nod of his achievement. Flying up for a bird's eye view of his destroyed creature. As he analyzed what he could salvage from the wreckage, suddenly, a massive explosion was enacted. He attempted to dart away from it, but the explosion was too sudden. His cape was scorched off and his right arm and leg were consumed by the abyssal fire, spitting him out a tattered pot with a disintegrated rifle. Thankfully, his main thruster and his knife remained equipped to HannibalX. Nagisa growled. Damned adults. They can't leave themselves to admit they lost to a child. Typical. Time for a change-out.

Looking over to Undyne and Sonic, whom were further away from the blast, the leftover Monokuma's on their side of the field were already recovering from the attack, ready to strike back when-

"Cease attack. You two. I have something I wish to speak of. Meet me back at your yellow ally."

The Monokuma's hesitantly obeyed commands, their teeth and claws retracting as they stood tall again, resuming their marching orders. They walked over the melted remains of the kumas in front of them, the melting metal looking like marshmallows that had been in the fire too long.

And just like that, HannibalX's thruster shot out, bursting up toward the airship above. The battle had been one by the warriors, but not without cost. The area would be difficult to have filled again, but at least Eggman's forces had almost completely been obliterated. Was that intentional on the side of the demons? Or was it purely an accident?

The red echidna bared his teeth on instinct as a familiar robot made itself known. "Metal Sonic!" Knuckles frowned, pondering this for a moment. On one hand, Metal Sonic was strong, and there was also Dark Matter. On the other hand, he was strong too! He wasn't a wimp! But...some of the ones in the group were, and they needed protecting. Growling to himself, the echidna followed the group, trailing behind them. The best he could do right now was make sure the group lived to fight another day.

Sonic the Hedgehog
The blue blur was taking care of the Monokumas quickly, Undyne having his back made his job much easier. He jumped out of the boost once the large crowd of Monokumas was gone and began to focus on the stragglers. He homing attacked one, before dashing towards another, kicking it in the head before doing a 360 in the air and kicking another, before throwing rings in a weird 8 figure around them and using the Light Speed dash/attack, going through both of the Monokuma and destroying them in the blink of an eye, landing on the floor and dusting himself off, before a large blast of light appeared behind him. He turned around and his eyes widened as he realized what was about to happen. "Undyne, watch-!" Was all he could say before the explosion, both of them being swept off their feet and the road around them ripping apart. The hedgehog was out for a moment before he came to and realized what was happening. His eyes widened and he reacted on instinct, tucking into a ball. He dashed towards a flying piece of rubble, kicking off of it and rolling along the ground. Immediately, he looked around for Undyne. He was aware she wasn't as fast as he was and that she might be in trouble. He, unfortunately, found her shortly after, the fish lady being stuck in a crumbling building. Sonic exhaled, closing his eyes for a moment, before taking off at blazing speeds, causing a shockwave and more of the unstable road to go flying as he ran. He then picked up the fish lady without stopping, continuing to run through the collapsion building. He ran along a collapsing wall before leaping off of it, tossing Undyne up and rolling under a falling part of the ceiling, catching her on the other side. He did some more epic parkour for a bit, before making it out of the building. He sighed in relief and looked to the hopefully still conscious Undyne, who he had put down. "You okay?" He asked, observing their surroundings to make sure they weren’t taken by surprise...but he didn’t need to. All the Monokuma had...stopped. What...? That’s odd.

Dr. Eggman
As the doctor led the reploid through the halls, he began to be consumed by his thoughts. He had recently discovered that Decimus planted some sort of bomb in the Scarab he sent and that the blueprints were sabotaged, the science didn't make any sense. The doctor was disappointed, but not shocked. After all, he had done the same thing to Decimus, hopefully, he had expected it less than Eggman had. However, the doctor received what he needed from the foolish ape creature. He knew how to improve his Dragoon and had been able to observe many of the Scarav's capabilities, and would be able to replicate them to near perfection. The shields, the lasers, etc. The doctor then arrived at the room marked 'Metal Sonic and Gamma', although the sign was being replaced with one that simply read 'Enforcers'. The door whooshed open and the doctor gestured inside, expecting Prometheus to go in. (In your reply, feel free to do a little time skip if you want)

Undyne
Fortunately, she'd been spared finally being reduced to a trophy. She could have done... something to try and prevent getting a building to crush her, but admittedly she didn't have any ideas on-hand to utilize. Something she'd need to ponder on later. It was her new pal Sonic that saved her. It all happened a little too quickly for her to fully process until she'd realized they'd stopped, and Sonic was taking a short breather nearby. "You okay?" He asked. That fast of a run probably drained him a little. Undyne nodded, rubbing the back of her head. "Yep." She replied, feigning confidence despite being a little shaken. That explosion had been... well, nothing like she'd been expecting. She wasn't even caught in the blast and it had nearly killed her. Taking on an opponent was one thing, but what if she were to face that level of destruction again?
It made her feel... helpless. "Thanks for the save." She added after a second, glancing around with her good eye to soak in their surroundings only to find there were Monokuma stalking in from all directions. Didn't these punks know when they were outmatched? It seemed they'd escaped far enough away from the blast radius to find Monokuma that hadn't been affected. Otherwise they'd be reduced to scrap metal.

However, exactly what Undyne wasn't keen on showing up- showed up. The new mech spoke to them, ordering the Monokuma off and demanding they meet him back with Tails. That was... uh... weird. Judging by the destruction on the robot, she and Sonic probably could have taken it right then and there, and that golden blade? There was something... weird about it. Clearly this mech had barely survived the blast, and either the Warriors of Hope were shaken up by fighting a two-front war and calling for a truce- or an alliance. Like hell that'd work.
Just as she was deciding on taking down this mech while it was weakened, it flew off back toward the ship, which had smoke rising from a gaping gash in its side, curteousy of the giant mechanical beast this mech had fought. Presumably the one behind that giant explosion.
The Monokuma retreated, slinking back away, leaving Undyne and Sonic, who she looked toward. "This probably isn't gonna be good." She stated.

Scorpion
"We are as real as you." Scorpion replied before the Master Chief could, his pale eyes turning upon Red and Gengar. Sub-Zero's prior companions not too long ago. Just his luck that they should show here, possibly disrupting his chances at making it out of here. "This place toys with your emotions, addles your mind. Especially once you are alone." The last sentence was spoken softly. Obviously he'd experienced a few things during his alone time within the fog.
"We're trying to get out." Chief stated, eyes on Red through his visor. "Have any of you seen a key?"
The moment he said this, the Spartan opened his palm and Cortana's holographic form appeared once more. "What my charismatic compatriot means is; have any of you seen a device containing a strange source of power? We know he's here to steal one." She gestured her hand to Gamma. "He works for the Egg Empire. I don't imagine the rest of you came here for this power source, though."

Scorpion said nothing as he waited for the others to respond. Like Gamma, he too had been sent her for the purpose of retrieval. What, he wasn't told. Now he knew. Decimus expected the ninja to act as his errand boy and retrieve this power for him. An anger churned within Scorpion as this thought crossed his mind. Decimus was no different than Quan Chi. Than Shang Tsung.
This key... it intrigued him, however. "What is this key capable of?" He asked, not exactly directing this toward anyone specifically, expecting at least somebody to have an answer for him.

Sans
"i'm not much good in a fight." Sans replied cheekily as he stood there. "and judging from that expression you're wearing, you don't expect i could do much anyway. you'd be right." He shrugged. "so i figured i'd just offer some friendly words of advice, considering the inside of its mouth doesn't look nearly as armored as the rest of it, and those plates? peelable. but don't put food on those, thing looks poisonous." At this, the skeleton winked at Vio. "dishes the part where the aside ends and you guys take this thing down."

He fell silent once more, returning to his passive onlooker stance. The ape, still, remained frozen on the ground, eyes looking about at the others in a silent plea for help. Sans decided to speak up. "oh and uh... i'll try and get this guy up and ready." He offered, walking calmly toward Donkey Kong as another burst of green slime came his way- though landed just short of hitting the skeleton, who didn't seem to notice nor care as he came to a stop beside the Kong, looking down at him with a grin. "and they call me lazy." He chuckled, before nudging his slipper against Donkey Kong's shoulder. The contact seemed to remove the effect on Donkey Kong, which Sans hadn't at all been expecting, taking a couple steps back as the Kong rose back up, hooting in a mixture of thanks toward Sans, and rage toward Feyrbrand.
"sure, pal. you're ape-solutely welcome."

As the team managed to navigate past the now passive Monokuma, they were able to make it back to tails, who was braved next to a broken car that had been hurled in the scarab explosion, the Typhoon behind it, seemingly fully repaired. Seeing them come back, Tails perked up, waving to them.

"Guys! What was that all about? I nearly got crushed by this car after that explosion!"

"There you are."

Tails's ears twitched, turning to a blue haired kid that approached, alone. His suit he wore emblazoned with the logo of the Warriors of Hope. Could he have been the driver of that zooming robot? Tails prepared in a fighting stance, Nagisa sighing at this.

"Put those mitts down, they aren't required. You have been formidable foes. Losing three of my dear friends. Now that only Monaca and I remain, I must ask you to not proceed any further. This game is no longer amusing. The best solution is the one with the least resistance. I'm prepared to vacate you from this paradise of children without harm. You Demons may be poison, but the best way to fight poison is to never be injected with it. So what I'm saying is...

Nagisa looked up at them, crossing hair arms as he appeared to cringe, these words seeming to be hesitant to come from his mouth.

"I want you to leave."

Field of Hopes and Dreams

"This is getting out of hand...!"

Quickly rushing over to Blue's statue with a bit of a limp, he grabbed it up from his nearby allies, hoisting the surprisingly light figure over his shoulder.

"Now that your back Hunter, we can't afford to fight that metal guy. We can leave while he's distracted!"

Lich Yard

Red's eyes shifted back and forth. The words seemed true and earnest, but...he was still hesitant. Giving a timid sidestep to the left, Red was cautiously optimistic. Exchanging a quick look with Gengar, he gulped down a swig of courage.

"Well...if what you say is true... H-How is Green? Is he okay?? Where was he?? Are the others-"

Before he could finish his sentence, Scorpion had changed the subject to Keys, and their purpose. Gamma made it a point to step to the plate on the subject.

"EID: 2604-- Nexus Keys. Seven segments of an interface. Threat level: ???. Segments of a Wishing Device.

Then, a small slip opened in his hull, a stream of light coming out. He was projecting a video onto a wall! The video played like a video log, noting the date, and how it was recorded. On Eggman's mech. It cut to video feed of Gunvolt defeating another humanoid figure, before a massive hand hoisted him up high...revealing a complete nexus, filled with keys.

After Gunvolt had wished, all hell broke loose. The hands shifted into other states of matter, the sky tore to shreds, and reality broke. The keys ejected right before the feed grew fuzzy and shattered. That's when Gamma shut off the feed, silently turning back to the rest of the crew.

"Your information has been updated."

"How very transparent..."

Vio hadn't a lot to say of the skeleton. A charlatan? Perhaps. An idiot? Yes, but perhaps not entirely. Testing his theory of how useful the Skeleton's claims were, he put his sword away, preparing a bow in a quick motion. With his exceeding skill with the weapon, he aimed to fire his arrow directly at the tongue. Hardly a lethal blow, but it was to test the waters

Of course there's more of them, because stuff like this is never simply defeat the bad guys and go home..." Guile said. Guile took up a fighting stance. Guile saw the abyss racoon, "What the heck is that? A fox? A wolf?" Guile was interrupted when the creature threw an acorn at him, "What the?!" Guile was startled for a moment wondering what to think of the acorn being thrown at him. He managed to dodge it however. Pretty soon a lariat was launched at him. Guile crouched down and blocked. He then leaped up with a bazooka knee and an uppercut.

Slowking made sure to make good use of his cover. Seeing how the brutes were after Kilton, Slowking used this opportunity to fire a hydro pump, hopefully hit a few. They weren't fire types, nor did they look quite like rock types so Slowking had no clue what effect it would do. Though with Kilton using his balloons, Perhaps it'll either cause some damage or at the very least a good distraction. Slowking kept his fingers crossed and weary of where the debris was in case he needed to switch cover.

This bug-dragon creature was getting tiresome. It didn't wanna go down even after three of Psyduck's attacks. It's shell was like a Shuckle's. Toughing out the poison, The Duck playfully slugged the Poyobeast in the shoulder area before pressing himself against his chunk of ice. He peeked out from behind it, his bill glowing with a purple light. Then, he released the Confuse Ray. This sucker couldn't fight back so well if he was disoriented.

Tabby grimaced as the Monokuma leapt at him, his 'ally' not seeming to be anywhere close. Until another ally helped take the heat off of him. Sub-Zero was back. Tabby waved with a smile, and with the other hand he filleted a couple Monokuma Subs left for him. Tabby nodded at the instruction, they could destroy it later, and he raced to the exit that the Banished Spec Ops came from. He didn't know where that fellow was, but he hoped he'd make it out.

Garreg Mach

Kragg rushed into the smoke- a bad idea. Paws came at him from all angles, giving him a 360 degree beating. Kragg smashed his fists on the ground, creating multiple stone spikes surfacing inside the smoke. This seemed to do the trick, until he found a knife digging into his shoulder joint. Letting out a growl of pain, rock spikes shot out of Kragg's dorsal plate, impaling the Abyssal hyena. This faded into smoke, meaning the real one was still in here somewhere.

The dark clone put her arms up in an X as the shot of darkness impacted. It seemed fine, but as it dashed at The Knight it trailed a faint dark mist, as if that was coming off of it. Abyss Absa turned its horns down to ram the buglike creature, bolts of electricity arcing across the headborne appendages.
@ArmedBlue

Abyss Wrastor flapped its large wings to evade the ice bead whip, which it did with much room to spare. It carried downward momentum, and before it touched the ground it threw a miniature tornado angled downwards at Ameterasu. The dark clone's talons touched stone, and then left it again as the falcon flew at the dog again. This time, it spun with wings outstretched, whipping up wind around him (think Luigi's down special).
@Gamingfan

The hairless ape threw out a knee. He was predictable by now. Abyss Maypul backhanded the side of the knee to move itself out of the way, and then spun around to throw out a whiplike vine. If this hit, it would send Guile over to the dark raccoon's previously planted flytrap, which would then attempt to maul him.

Prometheus awoke from the repairs, feeling good as ever. He made a good choice to go to this man, the ticking in his head finally stopped as the clock was removed! He hadn't heard silence in years, it almost felt unnatural. Rolling back his shoulders to get all his joints back in working order, two compartments opened up, revealing two rocket launchers. "Alright, didn't expect that but I definitely approve. What else did you add, Doc? A way to play that funky music?" The Reploid asked as the rocket launchers were covered again.

Gunvolt - Jungle

The monster's body was really tough, most attacks resulting in barely any damage. Gunvolt's darts had failed to place tags on Feyrbrand, simply bouncing off its face, prompting the Azure Striker to switch dart types to Naga, beginning to charge a blue dart, an energy sphere of a similar color surrounding his pistol's muzzle. His next attack would hopefully be much more effective.

All of a sudden, he began to feel... nauseous? He didn't know exactly why, but he assumed it had something to do with the monster's poisonous attacks. Still, he managed to stay focused enough to move out of the way of the dragon's blade-like arms, jumping back and using an Air Dash to stay a decent distance away from Feyrbrand. Being close to it would be very dangerous.

Gunvolt struck a pose upon landing, azure electricity coursing through his body as his EP levels were brought back to full. Sans seemed to come out of nowhere, giving the group suggestions on how to attack the monster effectively, pointing out possible weaknesses such as the inside of its mouth and its possibly peelable plates of armor. The skeleton's words of advice gave the Azure Striker an idea, quickly figuring out a way to exploit its segmented armor. He just needed to wait for the right moment to pull it off...

Spotting a familiar pink blob standing next to Psyduck, the teen was glad to find a friendly face from the tournament. He'd probably ask Kirby about the key later. "I got a plan. Keep this thing busy for a little bit." Gunvolt told the group, dashing towards Feyrbrand and finally launching the Naga dart at its mouth. The projectile headed for the dragon at incredible speeds, its piercing properties allowing it to place a tag on it even if its armor got in the way. He would deploy his Flashfield once the dart hit its mark, unleashing an electric stream that would home in on the monster's mouth. He mainly meant for it to stun though, as he'd run out of sight while his allies distracted the dragon so he could execute his plan.

The Knight - Garreg Mach Monastery

Dark mist seemed to come from the humanoid goat's body, possibly meaning it had taken at least some damage from the Shade Soul. Abyss Absa had chosen to close the gap with an electrified ramming attack, to which the Knight responded with what seemed like a simple jump. However, as the opponent neared, the bug would use Descending Dark; suddenly smashing down with a concentrated force of SOUL and Shadow, intending to crush the goat beneath it.

Doctor Eggman
The mustachioed doctor grinned down at Prometheus, who had just awoken from repairs. The reploid rolled his shoulders, accidentally revealing the rocket launchers, one of the many upgrades Eggman had added to him. Prometheus then asked about these upgrades. "Well, there are many, and I have yet to add some, but I'll list a few you should know." The doctor paused for a moment, thinking of a way to put it in simple terms. "I noticed your powerful pyrokinesis, so I decided to improve it a bit. I obviously powered up what was already there, but I also added some new features. For example, I noticed you could create flame pillars around yourself, but can't directly fire them." Eggman grinned before continuing. "I fixed that for you. I also added the ability to have flame pillars erupt from the ground, good for taking enemies by surprise." The doctor began to pace as he continued. "I noticed your offense outweighed your defense by a rather large margin, so of course I fixed that as well. You may feel like you have a thin extra layer of clothing on for some reason, that's a shield. It's basically a skintight outer layer of protection around your entire body. Keep in mind they can be momentarily shut down if they take too much damage, so try not to just dive into damage. Additionally, I provided you with a different shield as well to compensate for the other possibly shutting down. If you hold your arm like this," Eggman stuck out his arm, bending it so that the forearm was sticking to the left. "a shield will pop out. It protects you and gives anyone who touches it a good shock. I also upgraded everything that was already there, like your stabilizers and scythe." The doctor twisted his mustache. "And yes, of course, I added the ability to play smooth jazz. You don't just have a killer robot and not give it the ability to play jazz. That should be all need to tell you about at the moment. I'll inform you of the rest at a later time or you'll find them out on your own."

Sonic the Hedgehog
The blue blur gave a small sigh of relief as Undyne was revealed to be A-okay. He wasn't going to lie to himself, he had been a bit worried. He didn't have a doubt in his mind that Tails and himself could take on the Warriors of Hope by themselves, but he wasn't sure if he'd be able to get over the guilt of letting Undyne get hurt when he could do something about it. He nodded at the fish lady and gave her a jovial thumbs up as she thanked him for the save before he jolted slightly as a voice rang out from above them, the mech from before hovering there, badly damaged, probably from the explosion. The voice called the Monokuma off and ordered them to go see Tails. "This probably isn't gonna be good." His ally stated. "Nope." The hedgehog replied bluntly before beginning to walk back to Tails.

As they arrived, the blue hedgehog jogged over to the car Tails was behind, checking to see if he was okay. The hedgehog grinned as it was revealed that he was. However, the grin faded quickly as a familiar voice was heard from behind him. Sonic didn't turn for a moment, sighing and rolling his shoulders, before turning to face the enemy, prepared for anything. However, it turned out that he didn't need to prepare for much at all, the kid was by himself. The well-dressed youngster went on about poisonous demons or something, Sonic didn't really care much, right up until the last few words.
"I want you to leave." The kid said. After this, everyone was silent, seemingly in shock from the kid's statement.

Suddenly, a snicker was heard. It was small but noticeable. Then it turned into a giggle as it was revealed where the laugh was coming from: Sonic the Hedgehog. The blue bur's giggle went on for a moment before he sighed and straightened up again. "Ahh, that's golden."
He put one hand on his hip, the other resting on his side, and cocked his head, smirking. "Look kiddo, we'd love to leave, this place is a wreck." He paused for a moment before continuing. "But, we can't right now. You guys are a pretty big problem, killing everybody, putting the city into chaos, etcetera." He stated bluntly, making a 'yada yada' motion with his hand. "I'm sure my friends here agree with me on the matter."

Gengar
The ghost-poison type growled slightly as Scorpion began to speak, he didn't like that guy especially, for rather obvious reasons. The fire ninja stated that he was real, a fact that Gengar knew all too well. His eyes darted to tall soldier guy as he began to speak as well, saying that they wanted to get out and if they had seen a...key? Didn't rude robot talk about a key earlier? Speaking of rude robot, the robot in question spoke up rather suddenly, a slit on its chest opening up, a video projecting from it onto the wall. The video had apparently been taken only a few days ago. Chaos was ensuing, but there were a few shots of a big machine-looking thing with 1,2,3,4,5,6, 7! Seven keys were in the machine, and Gengar could infer that one of them was here, and that was what rude robot was looking for. The ghoul simply stayed silent for now, waiting to see what everyone else thought.

Tails nodded his head in agreement to what Sonic had said. From what he had witnessed...the Warriors were growing in strength, following a line of thought very similar to Eggman. And they knew exactly how destructive that would be. Nagisa appeared to expect this sort of reaction, giving a sigh.

"You don't seem to understand the weight of the situation. The other hostiles want to control the entirety of what's left in this world. We just one a small place to call paradise, where no one has to be afraid because of tyranny of from the adults. After our revolution succeeds, we will stop and live happy lives."

Tails exchanged a worried glance at sonic briefly before turning back to their well dressed guest.

"Eggman is a horrible person, yeah, but that doesn't make whatever you do better!"

"So then you know that demon is going to stop at nothing to crush you right? In regular demon fashion. He would never have given you a gracious offer as I propose. But if that isn't enough to convince you, allow me to explain."

Nagisa adjusted himself, fastening his suit button's perfectly in line, if not a bit OCD about them. Looking back at them, he cleared his throat.

"Right? Wrong? Is it not the duty of a parent to explain these things to a child? Is it not their duty to also raise them properly and give them the care and environment needed to succeed?" He proposed. "That is an awful lot of power given to Adults, and absolute power always corrupts. You think we all flipped a switch one day and became cruel? No. We simply learned from our parents."

"My father was a researcher. His study? Testing the limits of the brain of children. His guinea pig? His very own son. In order to make sure his son's stats were at peak performance, he was sure to level me up with constant work as my only stimuli, hooked up to drugs to keep me working without a wink of sleep, increasing their child's stamina stats. If those weren't enough? A simple electric shock would be sure to revive me. My life was a living hell for many years, and I never once fought it all that time. Because I trusted that parents knew better, that parents love their children and would never hurt them."

Nagisa closed his fist, remembering the horrible memories of his past. But he kept his cool, letting his fist soften and release. After a breath, he looked to them.

"You protect a world that allows such things to happen. That is something I simply cannot allow to repeat, not to anyone else."

Tabby rushed to the entrance, waves of monokuma before him. There were at least a hundred in a straight line separating him from his destination. As he attempted to get by, they extended their razor sharp claws, raising them high to limit his airspace. Even so, as the tablet attempted to get though, he quickly found himself being bogged down, now only twenty between him and he's destination, the line of day almost shining in his glass face.

The spec ops were facing much stiffer resistance however, the brunt of the force kept pumping out to their location, some even armed with flamethrowers as well, beginning to torch their position, regardless of the Monokuma they were also harming.

Undyne
Sonic's laughter was not alone, being accompanied by a snort of laughter from the fish woman as she stood behind the hedgehog, 'fufufu'ing along before Sonic responded to Nagisa, resulting in a back and forth for a moment, before Nagisa gave them a short biography to try and somehow justify his actions and his request.
"You protect a world that allows such things to happen."
Undyne had had enough of this kid's twisted mentality.

"That's rich." She hissed back, stepping forward. "I don't know about these two, but the world I'm from? My people are trapped underground by humans. We live each day wondering if we'll ever get to see that sky before we die. I fight so that one day, my people can be free. And if I can bring them to this world to ensure that freedom, do you realize who'd be in the way? You."
A spear was summoned into her hand as she stood tall, towering over Nagisa. "You claim to want a small piece, but that's not how it works. You're like a virus. If left alone, you'll spread. Your sick, twisted ideals of 'paradise' and 'prosperity' are wrong. Disgusting." Accusingly, Undyne pointed a finger at the kid. "I don't care about your sob story, we all have one. Your parents might not have been good for you, but that doesn't speak for all parents. It's thanks to people like you I never even got to meet mine.

She then moved her arm, pointing at the destruction around them. "Your robots, the kids you brainwash into your cult, and any other heinous acts you do, don't you realize you're just as bad as the people you accuse? Actually, you're even worse than them. I don't care what you say, or what you do. You've hurt, killed, and maimed innocent people. That's inexcusable." Proudly, the fish woman now jutted her thumb against her chest. "I am Undyne, Captain of the Royal Guard, and I fight for JUSTICE. So I give YOU one chance." Now, she removed her hand to point her spear at the boy's throat. "YOU leave, or feel the wrath of a TRUE hero. We won't kill you, or your friends, but if you won't back down, I CAN'T make any promises."

Sub-Zero
They weren't getting through easily, this much was certain. Those that had gone outside were now coming back in for the purpose of putting them down. Tabby trying to jettison out was proving a chore, so the cryomancer knew he had to step in for this once again. Even as fire began to be thrown at him, the cryomancer was off at an alarming pace, pushing up to land against a wall, using that as leverage to kick off with the swing of his leg- knocking the upper torso of a Monokuma clean off, a spear of ice materializing in his hands like sword, which he used to hack and slash Monokumas apart faster than they could reach him.
Still, though, there were too many. Sub-Zero could recognize this, and while his strategy here seemed to just be "survive", it soon became clear that he was not so simple.

Ice materialized around the body of the Monokumas he had slain, rising up to rip them apart, and as he shoved his arm forward, the ice propelled not only spikes of ice, but twisted, gnarly metal from destroyed Monokumas, and their claws. It was like a wave of ice and metal that shredded apart another wave of Monokuma, only for them to replaced by another wave. He repeated the process, requiring very little effort to thrust these parts wave after wave, the light of day growing nearer. The path behind him was still clear, the Monokuma not having been able to break through his wall of ice quite yet. Or perhaps they had and something was delaying them?
It hardly mattered. With a grunt of effort, using all the littered ice in his wake and before him, he rose an arm into the air, before thrusting it forward. It was an attack much like the others before, but this one was stronger. Faster. Longer. Deadlier. The torrent of ice ripped through the waves of Monokuma, the long hall making it far easier to dispatch them than if he were surrounded on all sides. He ignored the burns and lesions on him from the luckier Monokuma units. He'd long since taken care of them.

Finally, Sub-Zero slammed his hands together, before parting them, gritting his teeth as a pulsing ball of ice formed between his palms. A large ball of more than ice. It almost seemed like a black hole in his grasp as it pulsed and waved violently, before he slammed the ball of energy into the ground. An explosion of ice took place, stretching both ends of the tunnel into massive spikes that dispatched Monokuma in the blink of an eye, though was ultimately less deadly than his previous attacks.
That wasn't its purpose, however, as the cryomancer had disappeared, almost as though he'd vanished into thin air, and hopefully having destroyed and distracted enough Monokuma for Tabby to make a successful exit.

Master Chief
"Oh I see." Cortana spoke again through the Spartan's helmet. "My theory was correct, it seems. This Nexus isn't casually named. The power it, and the keys, hold are trans-multiversal. Power far greater than anything any of us have ever seen before. Not even the Forerunner could stack up. The keys powered the Nexus- as we assumed -and this Nexus, as our Robotnik rogue put it, grants wishes. Whoever was the last to be granted a wish resulted in all of this. Hang on while I extract more information from the robot." This last sentence was spoken in private with John.

"So any being with all the keys could activate the Nexus... and be granted a wish?" It was Scorpion's question, and his tone sounded... hopeful? Was that the right word? It was evidently different than the tone Chief had grown accustomed to hearing the ninja use. More of an inflection. More emotion.
"Seems that way." John stated, mulling over the information for a moment. Coming to a conclusion, he did not voice it, instead looking toward Red. "We lost contact with Green when we entered the fog. He should have reunited with one of your brothers by now. He was also sent after one of the keys, which is why I'm here. Looking for another." And the Spartan turned his gaze upon Gamma, though added nothing more. Instead, after a second, John looked away and glanced behind them into the empty fog, which yet held no more surprises for them.

They were together. An unexpected bunch. A strange group. Brought together through mostly the same cause. Escaping Silent Hill, and in John's case, as well as Gamma's he presumed, finding the key. So what was their next step? It wasn't as though they could sit around here all day waiting for this key to make itself known. Temporarily severing his external speakers, Chief spoke to Cortana in private. "You've been able to pick briefly through the fog. Have you found a way to track the key?"
"Negative." Was her response. "The power of the key seems to be coming from all around. Almost like the entire town is being given the power of the Nexus, or at least a little bit. However, the town's radius has expanded."
"...What do you mean?" Chief asked after a moment, when Cortana didn't elaborate. "What I mean is, the fog's expanding, and so is the Watching One's patrols. I estimate that if left unchecked, and if the fog continues to spread at the same rate it is, Silent Hill will cover half of the entire region in a matter of three days, tops."
Well. That wasn't good at all. More individuals would become trapped to the hellscape within. It already had John worried enough that Red was here. This was no place for a kid, especially one that looked as rattled as Red. Still, regardless of the now larger town, he still had no answer to their next destination.

...So perhaps they had to find someone who did.
"I have an idea." Chief announced to the group, his voice somewhat grim. "I get the feeling I'm not gonna like it." Cortana added as John continued. "The Watching One seems to be more intelligent than the rest of the creatures around here. We're going to try to catch him and give us answers. Otherwise... we're stuck here with no destination."
At this time, however, the distant scraping of a heavy metal object against concrete began to echo through the fog. A sound they had all heard, but only Scorpion knew who it belonged to. The time to make decisions was short.

Vs Feyrbrand
Vio's arrow hit spot-on- and as the skeleton suggested, it actually did something. During Feyrbrand's movements, the arrow had gone a little higher than the tongue, instead sticking into the roof of the dragon's mouth. It let out another screech in response to this, only to immediately stumble, the confuse ray working its magic, if barely. It was enough to allow Buzzwole to make another great tug, which unbalanced Feyrbrand, and before it could regain itself, Donkey Kong raced forward with a swinging fist, once more slugging the dragon against the face.

This was enough to topple the dragon onto its side, threatening to crush Buzzwole like, well, a bug if it didn't part with the dragon's neck.
Before it could even chance a recover, the Naga dart slugged against its mouth- piercing even deeper than Vio's arrow, lodging in the back of Feyrbrand's throat, immediately followed up with the surge of electricity from Gunvolt. Feyrbrand's body convulsed from the surge, before it ended, and the creature lay still, smoke rising from the gaps in its sharp teeth, mouth partway open...
A glob of green pile ejected from its mouth. Acidic in property, melting away both the arrow and the Naga dart in seconds as two of Feyrbrand's arms slashed along the diameter around it like a scythe, effectively cutting in half any being too close, no matter how small or large.

Its legs scuttled as its body dug against the earth, before in a flash, Feyrbrand had returned to its feet, letting out another intense roar. It sounded pissed, especially as a blue toxin spewed from its mouth to fill the air, though the effects of this one were currently going unaffected... for now.

"whelp. i've done all i can." Sans shrugged, turning and walking back to a tree, where he would proceed to lean against it and close his eyes as though asleep. Donkey Kong, meanwhile, was trying to wipe some white sludge from his body before he would engage in any more attacks.

Papyrus
These guys weren't nice at all, and seeing Kilton take off into the sky like that, leaving these giant furry beasts to turn their malicious grins upon Papyrus and Slowking... "NOPE." Papyrus stated, picking up Slowking and carrying him under his arm as the skeleton took off at an insane sprint. To Slowking, the world was but a blur, and the ride quite uncomfortable in Papyrus' bony grasp, but somehow, the skeleton was fast enough to not only evade the Banished Brutes firing upon them, but to also leave them completely in the dust behind him.

Huffing and puffing, Papyrus finally came to a stop at the edges of the ruins. Wiping a bead of sweat from his forehead, the skeleton looked ahead to find a strangely colored land lay ahead. "WOWIE, I KNOW THIS PLACE!" He proclaimed to Slowking. "THAT WAS A LIE, I ACTUALLY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT IT IS. BUT THE GRASS IS PURPLE SO THAT MEANS IT'S SAFE!"
The logic to Papyrus' conclusion was... hard to see. Nevertheless, the skeleton let Slowking to the ground, and began to march on into the Field of Hopes and Dreams, though he would usually hum during a trek, he felt pretty awful about leaving Reize back there... wherever he'd been.

"Your platitudes are as interesting as your boasting is threatening: minimal." Nagisa responded to the crass woman. "I am well aware we come from different places, but that does not make us textbook enemies. You disagree with me, I disagree with you. You know what I also disagree with? That of a demon that witnesses to take EVERYTHING under his thumb. Him."

He pointed toward a broken Eggman robot, his face emblazoned on it's chest. Nagisa shook his head in disgust.

"If you truly despise what your humans have done to you, even you must realize this human has a darker heart than I, and greater ambitions. And personally? I find that to be something to eradicate first rather than toiling in the gutter with the rest of you demons."

Looking unimpressed with her spear pointed toward his gullet, the unphased boy just continued, as if the spear weren't even there to threaten him with.

"You haven't thought this through. To you, it's simply play the level, fight the boss, and win, no? It's more complicated than that. This is a broken world, who's going to lead it when we are gone? You? You haven't the spread nor power to enforce such a rule. It'll be pure chaos. You would simply have removed any chance of order they had, as the feud amongst themselves and kill. It is the nature of a confused, depraved mob."

He then looked dead at her, lowering his head however so slightly so he could stare her spear down.

"We are freedom fighters. Fighting against the oppression, even now as the demon send their war machines to destroy themselves and others, we hold strong. If we fall, Robotnik will swoop in an claim the spoils, and you find yourself in as deeper pit that before. If your willing to let another fish eat your lunch, that's your purgative, just don't try to take our hope for humanity in the process. Can you not simply see reason?"

Nagisa's point had merit. While they inflicted losses to the warriors, Eggman had received no substantial loss outside a few fronts taken out. He was very much kicking, and didn't even need to land to take them out from above. Tails was silent, knowing of this. Both sides were deranged, but letting either take the upper hand seemed to be a mistake. Perhaps this is why the egg carrier hadn't descended from the clouds? It was waiting to finish off the warriors and claim the victory when they are crippled? Knowing Eggman, that couldn't be good. It wasn't so straightforward as he once thought...

"A wish is what caused the calamity." Gamma responded near instantly to Scorpion. "Likelihood of another faulty wish is high."

Gamma knew that Eggman hoped to bring them all together again. While he carried out his orders to deliver them to him, he couldn't help but disagree in the course of action. It may result in this designation being rendered offline. Suboptimal.

Red seemed to perk up, his ears raising upon reference to Green and another one of them? He clenched his fists together, gathering some strength to hold together a resolve.

"Then... We need to get out of here! Not us, but that poor girl too!"

low and behold, sans the comic was right. The arrow appeared to work. Yet he took it as perfect time to rest? What was with this one...?? Right as it seemed they killed the creature, it got up, acidic bile vomiting everywhere. Batting a glob away with his four sword, Vio cringed as it got up. It appeared it wouldn't be that easy. He needed to get inside of that mouth again, but at this angle he couldn't get deep enough to do substantial damage. He needed to formulate a strategy.

Throwing a single Rupee in the air, he aimed a arrow directly at it, before firing out with prejudice. It deflected off the rupee and ricocheted right toward the deep gullet of the creature

Geo listened carefully to the new information provided by the new arrivals. There were things called keys that were related to something called a Nexus that can provide wishes? "Twist your purpose all you like." Undyne replied. "Even if Eggman's more evil, that doesn't make you any less so. He's not here, and you are, that makes YOU our target. We'll deal with him after you. The only one not thinking things through is you, human." Wasting no more time, Undyne summoned a chorus of blue spears that shot out of the ground all around Nagisa like reverse rain, a torrent lashing upward, and once reaching a dozen feet into the air, would spin around and hurl back down with equal speed.

She wasn't sure if this kid had actually expected his negotiation to work in his favor. Fact of the matter was, he was an issue they could currently deal with. Eggman was not. Despite his cool and calculating demeanor, she could see right through this human's ruse. He was rattled by them. Three of their warriors had fallen to her and her allies, and all of them remained to fight. It was evident Nagisa knew he probably couldn't beat them in a fair fight. His tactics were to get the heat off his back in order to recuperate and prepare- an opportunity she wasn't about to give.

Scorpion
Red's mention of the girl was enough to turn the Shirai Ryu Assassin's head, as well as the Spartan's. However, before Scorpion could question if it was Alessa, the scraping rose as it had before. Steadily growing nearer. Pyramid Head was on his way.
Geo made clear his desire to part before the scraping could grow nearer, and the Spartan's proposition was fine enough to get behind. It wasn't as though there were many alternatives.
"He approaches." Scorpion told them cryptically. "No more time to stand around. We must move now, else he arrives and finishes us off."
"The adjacent road to this hospital should lead out of this part of town, and toward our destination." Cortana informed them through Chief's helmet.

While most of Scorpion's attention and worry rested on evading Pyramid Head, he couldn't get his mind of the keys. On the nexus. So this was the purpose of Decimus sending him here. To retrieve one of these keys the others sought for. And if all seven keys were united with the nexus, a wish could be granted.
And if he managed to get that wish... his clan could return. More importantly, his family could as well. As wife, his son, and his infant daughter... he had to ensure victory at all costs.

Nagisa frowned, not impressed by Undyne's warning. As she lifted her spear to launch a rain of attacks from below him. Nagisa made a single hand sign, and then a familiar resounding crash rang through the air. A thin divider was blasted through the spears, and as they came up, the spears rising around him, leaving a clear six inches barrier between any of the attacks. It's like...he had an invisible barrier. There was a spear, broken right between his legs, rising up. It appeared something had snapped it before it could grow. It became apparent what stopped the spears heading directly at him, as a familiar mech descended from above. HannibalX. However, there didn't seem to be any sort of sign of wear and tear.

"You would be a fool to assume we only had one model of each machine." Nagisa spat, turning around and being picked up by HannibalX's free left hand. "You will be fired upon if you cross within half a mile of the citadel. I'd rather avoid a conflict between us. But if you wish ill toward me or my princess, then I will not hesitate to end every last one of you."

With that, HannibalX jetted upwards, soaring through the air, heading toward a descending Warriors of Hope ship, which seemed to be going down toward repairs at some kind of large city complex. It seemed Nagisa was giving them a chance to leave. Tails seemed to lean on the back of his seat, rubbing his chin.

Copen - Field of Hopes and Dreams

Green took Blue's trophy from Lola's grasp, allowing her to keep up with her creator now that the extra weight was gone. The sounds of battle could still be heard from afar as the group kept walking, clearly showing just how much power Metal Sonic had at the moment. For Dark Matter to still be holding his own... it was likely a portion of the key's power was still within the dark being. That seemed to be the most logical explanation.

Copen was silent for most of their trek, only speaking when Hunter commented about Chief finding out they had failed to collect the key. It was strange how the group hadn't heard a thing from the soldier ever since they were updated on Blue and the key's position. Why was that? Distance couldn't be a problem considering how advanced the communication devices were, and even though the group had been injured during their earlier fight, the earpieces were most definitely still functional. Was Chief simply in a situation where he didn't have time to check on them? Or was he waiting for them to report on the mission?

Thinking the latter to be more likely, the teen tapped his earpiece in an attempt to communicate with Chief. "Chief, Green Team here. We met up with one of Green's brothers, Blue. However, we were not able to retrieve the key. Metal Sonic managed to get it before we could." He stated, pausing for a moment before continuing. "A dark doppelgänger of Green also seems to be here. From what I've gathered, you've probably already ran into him. We're currently headed towards the city west of these fields in search for another key. Coordinates for any key near the area would be appreciated."

Vs Psyduck
The Duck ducked as this decapitation move was set in motion. It sliced the ice chunk in half, the top part sliding down onto Psyduck. Now lying on the ground, he shoved the ice to the side, giving a small grunt. He rolled over and stood up just as the dragon began spewing his gas again. Psyduck upchucked more frost to reinforce his ice chunk, and then widened it to help provide cover for other small teammates. Seeing that the dragon's weak point was its mouth, Psyduck had an idea. What if... he attacked the mouth? What a great original idea. The Duck peeked out from behind the small ice wall, and spat out yet another Ice Beam aiming for the mouth. He start to feel a little bit of a strain from using the Ice Beam all that time, and the poison, loud roaring the creature was doing, and the physical damage he was taking started to make his headache flare up again...

Tabby

Multiple Monokumas fell to a red energy-absorbing blade, others being shot by plasma bullets. Many of these bots could withstand a couple of the bullets, but it slowed those that survived down long enough for Tabby to run right past them. Sub- Zero helped clear a path, but as Tabby turned back around to give the cryomancer a smile and a thumbs up. Tabby's smile flipped upside down and he continued on. Outside, it looked like something exploded, judging by the ginormous crater. This must've been the Warriors of Hope. It's not like any other people were running around with such destructive power. Tabby stopped focusing on that, and locked onto Tails's signal, running in his direction and texting:

The ice rosary snapped, but had missed it's target. It coiled back towards Amaterasu, coiling around her neck before a bead was fired at Wrastor's tornado, dispersing it. Dark Matter VS Metal Sonic-Field of Hopes and Dreams
Dark Matter remained unwavered at the response. It was ambiguous, but not necessarily a negative. The tree was cut in half by Dark Matter, without the entity even looking at it. Did he really think of him that weak. Even in his normal form he would easily deal with that.
Nevertheless, Dark Matter remained still as Metal Sonic charged an attack. He kept close to the floor, floating so low he was basically standing.
"I suppose it would be prudent for you to know that the key currently in your possession used to belong to me. Shadow Link pretended to be my ally, a rather weak one at that, and left as soon as he felt threatened. But not after stealing the key he had given me, and now you."
His tale of woe finished, Dark Matter waited for Metal's response and/or following attack.

Kirby VS Feyrbrand-Jungle
Luckily, psyduck seemed okay as they rose and dazed the Feyrbrand as it fell, after a bout of roaring from being shot in the mouth with arrows.
Kirby's eyes lit up in understanding. He had arrows!
However, he didn't have the chance to take proper aim as the beast swiped around itself, forcing kirby to cancel his charging and roll away from the beast's attack, backing off even further as it shot poison gas around.

UB-Absorption held on tighter as the Feyrbrand struggled, tanking the stone pillars he crashed into before his struggles finally bore fruit as the dragon toppled. Buzzwole released his hold, flying away from the beast before it could crush him, and flying further as it rose, spewing gas that Buzzwole did not trust. He remained in the air, looking for an opening.

Undyne spat toward Nagisa as he fled, before her spear faded, and she folded her arms over her chest, gaze flitting upon Tails as he asked his question, clearly looking for input from Sonic. The hedgehog was too slow, however, as Undyne spoke first. "We grab Tabby and the ice guy, then bring down these punks once and for all. No one else is gonna stop them if we don't. Simple as that."

Almost as if on cue, Tabby emerged from around a corner, looking a little worse for wear than when Undyne had first met him, but he was still alive. All that was left was the ice guy- who also showed up, stepping calmly from around the corner Tabby had come from, behind the tablet.

Master Chief
It was mostly silent as the group moved on, now a total of seven individuals. They made their way through the town, traversing down 'Crichton Street', briefly turning on 'Cielo Avenue' and curving into 'Riverside Drive'. Buildings were becoming scarce here, making the next one they passed more notable, a place called 'Riverside Motel'. It wasn't their destination, and Chief had no intentions of exploring there, though he could sense... something inside. He spoke privately about this with Cortana, who couldn't pick up anything on her limited sensors. Deciding to trust his gut, the Spartan deemed Riverside Motel as a place they shouldn't visit. So on down the road the group moved.

Their next turn was onto 'Craig Street', then 'Weaver' and onto 'Sandford'. Here, the fog seemed to grow thicker with each step they took. The deeper into this mist they walked, the more distant the sound of metal scraping could be heard. On top of the fog getting thicker, the light seemed to be diminishing as well. It was getting darker the longer they walked, and it was getting darker fast. Visibility was decreasing quickly, forcing the group to move more closely together. With the denser fog and darkness, came Cortana's statement;
"I lost him."
Chief stopped on the spot, glancing behind him, but he could barely see five feet in any direction, even with his helmet lamps activated. The fog simply blocked his helmet's lights, granting him limited visibility. "What do you mean?" He asked.
"I mean the fog is too thick that I can't even briefly penetrate it. My sensors are completely dead in the water. Our best bet is to just continue and reach the position in time."

John wasn't sure that was the best idea. It was possible that if they walked back the way they came, this fog could lift and they could regain their bearings. His eyes landed on Red, then Geo, then Bennett. This was too much of an uncertain scenario they were in. He couldn't risk them getting hurt. "We need to go back." He stated. "The fog's too thick here."

Vs Feyrbrand
Psyduck's ice beam landed, forming a small sphere of ice in the dragon's mouth- which it promptly crushed in its jaws before launching another attack, scuttling along the ground like an over-sized insect toward Donkey Kong now, who let out a hoot before swinging his fist through the air, charging up a powerful strike. Just before Feyrbrand could reach the Kong, a well-placed arrow suddenly stabbed into the small eye upon the beasts head. It slowed, letting out a roar from the disorienting attack Vio had launched- and the ape leaped, swinging a full charged fist at Feyrbrand. It struck the beasts side, bowling it over and managed to crack the plate of armor the Kong had struck.

Almost immediately, Gunvolt emerged from the forest, blue lightning crackling around him as he raised his arms into the air, and as thunder cracked through the air, a massive weapon, pulsing with azure energy, materialized in his hand, and he brought it down just as quickly as he'd emerged. The cracked plate was damaged enough that the attack was able to plunge under the plate- and rip it clean off, exposing the soft underside of the beast. Before Gunvolt could land a killing blow, however, one of Feyrbrand's clawed arms slashed at the human. It would have torn him in half, had his blade not been in the way, taking the brunt of the attack, but still managing to send Gunvolt flying back, disoriented for a moment.

The others didn't stand around doing nothing, however, as Buzzwole dropped from the sky, slamming his legs into Feyrbrand's skull before it could get up, driving Vio's arrow further into its body as its head crashed against the earth, where Psyduck began spraying ice there to try and freeze its head in place. It was Audrey who dealt the most devastating blow, her blade crackling with electricity again as she made for the open wound Gunvolt had revealed, and plunged her blade deep into the beast, all the way down to the hilt.
Feyrbrand let out another roar, though this one was easily more frantic, almost akin to a scream, green blood spraying out of the wound and covering Audrey in it from head to toe as Donkey Kong leaped into action, jumping onto Feyrbrand's head and proceeding to jump up and down, slamming the dragon's head further into the Earth. Buzzwole did much the same, mimicking the ape as they leaped up and down, Psyduck's ice forming over Feyrbrand's face.

Audrey stabbed again, digging her blade deep, before twisting, and slashing her weapon out, spraying more of the green blood as Kirby poyo'd into the air, then transformed into a great pink brick that slammed down between Buzzwole and Kong, and smashed against Feyrbrand's skull. The plating crunched beneath it, already weakened by the muscular non-humans, but Feyrbrand still struggled. Its arms and legs twitched and thrashed frantically, and as Gunvolt approached the scene, Audrey plunged her blade one more time into the beast- striking its heart. Feyrbrand went still, and did not move again.

"well." Sans grinned, standing beside Gunvolt. "that was dramatic."

Slowking seemed to agree. Which was great because the skeleton hadn't been too certain of anything himself. Feeling quite intellectual, Papyrus scanned the area around them with an almost scrutinizing gaze- before he grinned brightly. "I THINK I FOUND SOME NEW FRIENDS!" He exclaimed to Slowking, and before the Pokemon even had a chance to react, he was scooped up by Papyrus again, and carried along as the skeleton sprinted across the Field of Hopes and Dreams, approaching a small group of what appeared to be kids.

"NYEHOY!" Papyrus called out to them, waving one of his lanky arms. "ARE YOU NICE!?" While he was still quite a distance away, his voice was loud, and most certainly carried. He continued his sprint toward the group.

Suddenly, the smoke drained away- and when it cleared there stood Abyss Forsburn with its fur now the same navy color as the smoke. It split into two, and both charged Kragg. He backhanded one of the previously formed stone spikes and turned it to gravel, firing a spreadshot of pebbles. One was torn apart, but the other was seemingly unaffected thanks to its newfound smoky armor. This one leapt into the air, with Kragg retaliating with a punch to the face, which did manage to harm it, and then it exploded. The Earth's Bastion was knocked backwards, and Abyss Forsburn charged from the smoke with its fur back to its slightly lighter color. The knife clanged against Kragg's breastplate, and then the hyena stopped, having been impaled by a stone spire from behind. The doppelganger evaporated as Kragg turned his attention to a bird.

Abyss Absa's opponent evaded, and the goat skid to a halt. It looked up, greeted by an attack, which succeeded. The dark clone was turned into dark smoke with leftover electricity buzzing around.

Kragg fired himself using an earth pillar as a shot put at Abyss Wrastor, which nimbly avoided the attack. Just then, the wolf created a tornado. The blue hedgehog remained mostly silent throughout Undyne and Nagisa's interaction, the only noises coming from the usually talkative teenager being a few grunts of approval. Sonic tapped his foot as he began to think. This kid definitely wasn't right, but was he completely wrong? Eggman was more evil than the 'Warriors of Hope', but as Undyne stated, that didn't make the Warriors any less so. Not a minute later, and the situation turned hostile, Undyne unleashing an attack at Nagisa, only for it to intercepted with impressive speed, close to Sonic's own. The blue blur stepped back on instinct but overall didn't seem too rattled as the mech descended from the air, seeming to be good as new. Sonic raised an eyebrow and cocked his head to the side as it was revealed that there were multiple versions of the mech. The hedgehog turned towards Tails as the fox spoke up. He was about to answer but only managed to get out the first syllable as Undyne quickly jutted in. This slightly irritated the hedgehog, but he let it go quickly. He nodded, approving of Undyne's idea. There wasn't much to it, but it didn't need much to it. All they had to do was beat the Warriors of Hope, then maybe get a snack. Sounds easy enough. The hard part is choosing what to eat. Sonic thought to himself before turning his head towards the new arrival of not-so-new faces. The blue blur grinned at Tabby and Sub-Zero, before returning his attention to Tails. " I agree with Undyne. These kids don't scare us, but I'm pretty sure we scare them. So I say we go for it, let's fly up there and take care of them personally!" The hedgehog said confidently, not seeming rattled in the slightest by Nagisa's warning.

Neo Metal Sonic
The metallic hedgehog didn't react in the slightest as Dark Matter explained how Shadow Link had gotten the key. Not like Metal cared at all, he had the key now and that was all that mattered. As Dark Matter easily intercepted the tree, Metal rolled his eyes a bit. Why do I bother with the charades? He thought to himself before several lethally sharp stones appeared beneath the low-floating shadow creature in front of him, hoping to impale the enemy. Meanwhile, Metal pointed his finger to the sky, seemingly charging up a different backup plan, oddly abandoning the previous one. It seemed he had changed his mind.

Knuckles the Echidna
The red echidna jogged along as the group sprinted away from the battle behind them, remaining silent as he observed their surroundings. The trees around them had seen better days, several being knocked down, others being charred and absent of leaves. That was a little suspicious, but Knuckles didn't think much of it. The area around them seemed relatively safe from what he could see, but he remained on edge since he hadn't had the best luck with it so far. While doing so, he listened in on Copen as he attempted to communicate with someone dubbed 'Chief'. Knuckles assumed that was the leader of the seemingly split-up group, due to their name. Weird, they didn't seem like the type to have a hierarchy of any kind. Suddenly, his thoughts were interrupted as a voice rang out throughout the field, coming from...a skeleton? Carrying a...hippo? Knuckles didn't know what the heck that was, but he couldn't be sure if they were friendly. "ARE YOU NICE!?" The skeleton asked, to which Knuckles promptly responded. "That depends if you are!"

Jevil
Meanwhile, close by in the Field of Hopes and Dreams, Jevil and the Knight traveled towards the Northeast. The armor-clad being remained silent throughout the trek, Jevil, however, was not as quiet, constantly giggling to himself or pointing out various things around them as they continued. However, the darkner stopped cold rather suddenly as he noticed a group running nearby. Jevil pulled the Knight back as they continued to walk, before pointing towards the group. "Look, friend, others! Do you think they want to play?"
@Psymallard (Sorry about the minor autoing in this part.)

Dr. Eggman
"In a way." The doctor responded to the reploid, tapping his foot quietly as smooth jazz flowed throughout the room. He promptly turned around, exiting the room once more, Prometheus following. (Sorry about that auto, but he would, right?) As they walked throughout the halls of the Egg Carrier, several noises could be heard throughout, ranging from metallic clanking to people conversing. They then arrived in the same room where they were introduced to each other. Eggman gestured to one of the larger screens in the room, the Urban District being shown on it. "What I want you to do is simple. One: Cause chaos down there. Should be easy for you, right?" The screen switched to an image of 4 children and one question mark. These were the Warriors of Hope. "And two: Eliminate our main enemies. You should only encounter this one." Robotnik pointed at the image of Nagisa. "Along with the question mark, whoever that may be. But still, attack the others if you see them." The screen switched once more to the images of Sonic, Tails, Sub-Zero, Undyne, and Tabby. "Also, kill these guys if you see them, but they aren't top priorities."

Tails
Urban District

"Well if that's how everyone feels..."

Tails got a determined look on his face, jumping inside of the Typhoon behind him. Suddenly, it began to chance. The wings folded up into to craft, two legs emerging out of it. A cannon jutted out from the front and an optic/plasma shooter extended up from the back of the craft. It had transformed into a seven foot tall mech! Tails pointed at them.

"...Then I'll give it my all!"

Nagisa
Warriors of Hope: Paradise Citadel

HannibalX traveled across town, arriving at a large building that the Warriors of Hope had ceased on their path to paradise. The Excalibur, their HQ, had landed down on top of a rather rotund Helipad, almost as if designed to hold zeppelins. As Monokuma's rushed down on the ground to repair the damage the scarab had caused, Nagisa himself was lowered down to the ground, leaving HannibalX's grasp.

"Those adults...can they not see they sow seeds of destruction with their actions? With this chaotic world, their NEEDS to be leadership, their NEEDS to be salvation. Without them, we are doomed to waste away here fighting forever."

Looking up toward all the hundreds Monokuma that walked around this helipad, Nagisa waved his hand, gesturing toward his army.

"Make barricades, install camera everywhere! No one i getting within half a mile of this place. This will be our fortress! We shall not fall here!"

Their red eyes all blinked in understanding as they rushed to go complete their objectives. They had begun to rush outside, flipping over cars and eighteen wheeler trucks, pushing them and piling them to make barricades. Many Monokuma's armed with longer ranged weapons like flamethrowers and pistols perched themselves on the barricades, ready to fire on anything that came close whilst melee variants searched around, scouting for any intruders that encroached upon their space.

Bennett
Lich Yard

As they kept moving through the mysterious fog, the journey appeared to lengthen. It was much further than he had thought. The journey halted however when Chief told them to stop, as the fog was too dense.

"Huh? What do you mean? We are afraid of getting lost?" He asked. "Well, don't worry! We can just hold on to each other. Then no one would get lost!"

Easy peasy! If they held on to each other, they had no need to stray from the party. That and it was hard not to hear the clunking of a robot to his rear, that and the whimpered of a certain red clothed boy.

Green
Field of hopes and Dreams

"...huh?"

A skeleton showed up. Not the usual 'kill the fodder' skeleton, but a...loud one? They usually weren't that talkative, at least not the ones from his dimension. Readying an easy blade and hiding Blue's trophy behind him, he grunted.

"...Are we...nice?" Green shook the shock out of his expression. "We won't start any fights, but we will end any you start!"

Vio
Jungle

Vio, who was the furthest from the action, found reprieve in the death of the creature. Careful to step back in case it has death throes or some other type of attack they weren't aware of. In his experience, death did not always mean the creature was done fighting.

"We should leave." Vio stated. "We did not gain anything from this battle. Only time wasted away. We should keep our objective in mind."

Prometheus looked at the listed people that he was tasked to eradicate. A child, two animals, an adult man, some weird fish creature and.....an Ipad? Turning his head to face Eggman, the Reploid placed a hand on his hip. "Creating chaos is no issue, but your main target is a child and you need me for that? I've seen the robots you make, Doc, what's the catch? Why can't you kill that kid? Is it a moral issue or is that kid stronger than he looks?" Pacing back and forth in front of the monitor, his eyes once again fell on the animals. "And what's with those animals? Are you in need of some new clothes or do you just want the world to burn? Because I can do the latter, no problem."

Geo had been walking right behind Bennett, both for his own ease of mind and to protect the boy when he inevitably got into trouble. When the group stopped because of some mist, the boy preemptively put his hand on Bennett's shoulder. "How about we wait for the person who actually knows what is here to comment on the spooky death mist before we make decisions? Okay?"

Hunter and Brachio looked at the newcomer, a skeleton who asked if they were friendly. "Depends, are you going to start a fight? If so, we're not. Leave us be and we're pretty nice I'd say." The child usually was friendly to anyone new, but the fight against his friends made him feel tired and a bit more cranky. It also was a wake-up call that not everyone here was as friendly as Team Green.

Gunvolt - Jungle

"A little bit..." Gunvolt muttered in response to Sans, somewhat disoriented by Feyrbrand's attack earlier, as well as his already poisoned state. He hoped the latter would wear off eventually. "Whatever, that thing's taken care of. Good job, everyone."

"Yeah, I knew we could do it!" Joule commented, pumping an ethereal fist. "I don't think that mantis thingy had the key, though. Don't feel any energy coming from it..." She added, to which Gunvolt shrugged. It was a disappointment, but he wasn't surprised. Looking around and spotting Kirby, the Azure Striker approached the pink puffball, crouching down to eye level.

"Fancy meeting you here, Kirby. Thanks for the help. Say, have you seen some sort of key around here?"

Copen - Field of Hopes and Dreams

A skeleton...?

A rather loud voice could be heard from the distance, apparently coming from a lanky skeleton, wearing some sort of armor with an orange cape. The skeleton carried a pink creature with a strange crown under one of its arms. The skeleton asked if the group was friendly, Copen taking a step back, readying his Divider . The group was clearly wary of any newcomers due to their situation, though everyone seemed to agree not to attack unprovoked.

"We're friendly, if that's what you're asking!" Lola yelled back. "We're not looking to fight, and I hope you aren't either!"

The Knight - Garreg Mach Monastery

The Vessel's attack was successful- the other dark creature being pulverized by the attack, leaving only smoke and electricity behind. Given how the beetle-like creature had decided to assist the wolf, the bug would assist the human.

Rushing over to Guile while gathering energy, the Knight would Shadow Dash through Abyss Maypul, though this time the bug's body would sharpen as It moved. It would try to interrupt the dark clone's move to allow the human to counterattack. If the Vessel's Shadow Dash didn't work, it would wait for a chance to attack the enemy with a Great Slash.
