Can I say Ninetails is a psychic type? It learns a lot of psychic moves and the Pokedex points towards it being psychic... (I mean, not giving it the psychic type was stupid of Gamefreak...)

Gym Uniform: Normally no different than his casual clothes.
Personality: To those who know him, Renz is generally seen as a decent guy who cares for his Pokemon and does his best for others. Many of these have also seen his stubborn streak. To his challengers, he is seen as a difficult opponent, taking every advantage and never going easy. He teaches his challengers that bonds with their Pokemon are more important than type advantages.

There are more beachfront properties, usually homes for those in an affluent state. But farther inland there is much more. This the town proper, where most of the homes are, along with the usual buildings: Pokemon centers, shops, restaurants, police station, etc., and the Gym. As you move farther inland you come back into nature, houses become more scarce and Pokemon abound. This area has large amounts of native Pokemon, and there are many habitats: small lakes, grassy hills, and forests. The land gradually moves upward into rocky hills, though, and some areas are forbidden to trainers without a certain amount of badges.
The Gym: The gym is not the most obvious building in the town. It is connected to the Gym Leader's house, which is also connected to a Pokemon Daycare, forming an L shaped building. The rest of the L is taken up by a walled yard. To talk about the gym itself: Trainers challenging the gym will find themselves waiting in the lobby, and while they are there they will be asked to choose up to three Pokemon to use in the gym challenge. They will be brought into three rooms, each with its own challenge. If the trainers pass all three, they will be shown into the battle room, where they can face Renz, in a battle format of their choosing. Whatever style of fight, Renz is sure to be ready. (A word of advice: do not bring Spinda into his gym. He will not show mercy.)

Renz, the only gym open is the second one....
That's fine. He can use lower level Pokemon depending on how many badges his opponents have, as I stated multiple times. (I can whip up details for a lower level team later.)

Alrighty, thank you @~Xero~ ! I don't exactly know what to do for the town, but I definitely have an idea for the gym... and adjoining buildings. If I had to suggest something for the town, perhaps something along the beach, a small town most notable for the amount of wild Pokemon living in the surrounding areas?

Clothing: He wears a black short sleeved shirt beneath a white jacket with purple sleeves. He wears black sports pants with two dark purple lines running down each leg. He wears black fingerless gloves. (He may get an accessory later if I manage to get a certain thing accepted.)
Personality: If you were to describe Kagé in two words, they would be “Practical Joker”. He likes to pull pranks on other Elite Four Members and the Gym Leaders. For example, putting super glue on their pokeballs. However, despite his core personality, he is often calm and chill. (If you know Sans from undertale, you could theoretically compare him to Sans, minus the laziness.) He gets mad when people assume he is weaker than the higher Elite Four Members. In actuality, he is just as strong as the others, he just chose to be the first one the challengers face.
Family: He has a brother, two sisters, and his parents, obviously.
Crush: He doesn’t have one at the moment, he’s just close friends with the other Elite Four Members and Gym leaders.

Anyway, here's a plan of what i'm planning to happen, but I might not stick to the script:
1) Everyone will be in the starting town and getting their starter from the regional professor. That's why I asked you to 's' next to a starter pokemon.
2) The Gym Challenge. The gyms will be open for the gym challenge, and we, as a group, will challenge them. The red bridges are kinda like waiting stops to the next island so everyone can travel together.
3) An Encounter. Before you challenge the Elite 4, something will happen that throws the region into Chaos. So...Im not telling you guys any more
4) The Showdown. The remaining Gym challengers after the Elite four will battle each other on the sixth floor of the champions tower until there is only one left. (I might randomise who wins between characters) The last standing will be sent to a nearby hotel to rest, along with the other challengers. They all will be visited by all the past gym leaders.
5) The final boss. Finally, the champion will be battled, with close inspection from cameras that will broadcast the battle to all screens.
6) Infiltrated. Somehow, the local evil team, Team Camouflage, has hacked into the broadcast and mentioned that they have a item special to a specific Pokemon. The gang will fight them to get it back.
7)The battle. Finally, the champions battle will begin. I will randomise who wins.
That should be the end, and I might reboot it a bit after.
